I really like it here, its so homey and I love how I can pick my roommates on the room sync app/website. I appreciate the amenities here and everything that comes with the apartment.

It can be noisy at times. It’s close to everything and really close to Dmacc. It’s a good and affordable place to live for college students.

Still believe this is a good starting place for kids just getting out on their own. There is always room for improvements with a place that is labeled as student living.

Kinda loud, but overall nice apartments with washer and dryer in the unit, furniture is okay, still don’t know if I’m getting my deposit back tho

Love living here! Everyone is so nice! The staff is so caring and can handle any issue that I have going on. They also care that we are living safely and soundly!

I love it here! Great community with fun events. Have never had any issues with staff or others living here. I have had maintenance problems that always got resolved by the next day.

other people make living here hard (loud parties, loud people on the side/above you), but its not bad. Not to expensive, just sometimes take a while to fix things or say they are fixed and change nothing.

If I was a college student and a partier, it would be great but I work and have school for my whole day and can’t sleep at night because it’s always loud and people are screaming.

Can be a little noisy at times, and can be dirty as well. Overall it is a good place to live if you are in college. It walking distance from the school.

I love being able to come and feel like I’m at home. Having my own space with my own room and bathroom, but also being able to go out in the living room to spend time with my roommates. I also love being able to cook in my own kitchen and be able to have our own washer and dryer.

Love living here! I put in a maintenance request yesterday, and they came the next day. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly, and they hold events to bring the community together.

Great place to live! They always are doing some type of activity! They also do so many fun give aways!! Apartments are nice we love our 3 bedroom townhouse!

I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are nice. The parking lot has plenty of places to park and the trash compactor is very nice. If anything ever breaks they are quick to fix it.

I have been living here for a little over 6 months and I will say for a dmacc student it is one of the best choices for housing. Rent is higher than some other options but you get what you pay for, a great apartment and a even better experience.

Pretty solid few things that could be fixed but pretty good. Enjoy the full kitchen, living room, laundry room, like the own bedrooms and bathrooms. Have minor problems here and there but nothing to major.

I really enjoy living here. I have great lighting and it’s easy to get back and forth from campus to home by walking since I don’t have a car right now.

It’s fine enough, I can live well enough here. They are flexible with rent. Others can be quite loud though, typically at night. Overall fine enough.

Such a good living space! I love it here! The activities! And the personal space is my fav! Having my own closet and bathroom makes living so much better than a dorm!

I have enjoyed being here very muchI like how we each have our own room and bathroom and closet. One thing I didn't like is I had to replace all the lights when I got there because they were all burnt out.

Prairie Pointe is a good place for college students, it comes with so many amenities. It also has a lot of opportunities to make friends that are also going to college.

Residents are good. I am happy to get such good residents. They are cooperative and helpful. Praire point provides a positive resident experience characterized by a strong sense of community, well-maintained amenities, convenient access to local services, and a focus on family-friendly living, with residents consistently praising the friendly atmosphere, responsive management, and beautiful green spaces throughout the neighborhood.

It has been pretty good!! They have been helpful and I do not have any concerns on these people and their judgment! I think the only area they can improve on is being happier.

I love that Prairie Pointe is all inclusive with their apartments. I especially love that maintenance is very quick. There are many different options of how many people you want to live with you.

Prairie Pointe has great amenities (in-unit laundry, clubhouse, etc). Also a great location very close drive to grocery stores and shops. 4/5 stars

It’s nice and safe. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. It can be a little noisy at times. It also gets icy very fast. They are good about fixing amenities.

Living in an apartment complex has been convenient and comfortable. Maintenance is quick, neighbors are friendly, but noise and space can be a challenge.

Maintenance is good most the time, front desk was super slow with things I needed (Supposed to receive a gift card the day of moving in and it took 2 months. and it’s loud everywhere! Parties at 3am.

This apartment complex has good amenities and great maintenance crew that always fixes my stuff very fast. I would definitely recommend living here!

More bathrooms can lead to better overall cleanliness, as each can be maintained separately.Comfortable living arrangements, especially for families or roommates who may have different schedules. I really like it here! The apartments are clean and well kept! Maintenance is quick to come when any problem appears! They try to have fun activities, which is a great way to meet people! Really great facility

The people and staff are all awesome and fun people, although the complex does fine a little too harshly. Its still a great place to live and in a great location.

Typical college apartment loud every night from people partying or squealing their tires outside cops get called at least once a week for noise complaints

I love living here. Love meeting new people and it feels like home. I love my roommates. 3 of us have lived together for a while now. Also love the people in the office.

Well the apartments here are actually quite spacious and nice. Each with a personal room and bathroom which I like. Maintenance is usually very quick to response and friendly. It's the parties, loud neighbors, and noisy truck drivers at night that make the experience a little less enjoyable.

Great cost student living for the quantity/quality of amenities. The flat amount plus insurance with no utilities bill, free wifi, a gym, personal bathroom, etc, is the best deal your gonna get in the area. Maintenance is always quick, and the office is always helpful. Can recommend.

nice place and appliances. good group of people live there, great experience for college kids and learning how to live alone in a safe neighborhood

The staff is incredibly helpful, the apartments are fairly priced. The only complaint is the noise but it’s a college apartment so it’s too be expected, overall I enjoy living here

I’m having a great time! Prairie point is the perfect residence for college students. I feel safe, comfortable, and calm being in the apartments. It’s refreshing to be around so many people my age and to meet new people as well.

Living at Prairie Pointe is the best! Their staff is very kind and maintenance is always there to help you ASAP if you have an issue. In addition, Prairie Pointe puts together small events/activities that really brings everyone together!

A nice place to live! There's plently of stuff to do i nthe club house including watching a movie, have a cup of coffe, gym and so on. The environment is also very cozy.

I’ve had a pretty good experience, although the only complaint I have is noise. People are not respectful and noise complaints are not taken seriously.

I really like the clubhouse it's a great environment. There a small but nice gym with the basics. A couple places on the grounds for grilling, and there is a fireplace popcorn. Coffee machine and overall I think the facilities are well taken care of.
