I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Everyone at the leasing office were friendly knowledgeable and very cordial. Overall was a great experience.
It' centrally located in the heart of Phoenix. The space itself is really nice. Great gym! Office personnel are always there fir you.
The environment of Portrait seemed very calm and peaceful.
The community seems peaceful and warm. The leasing manager really made me feel welcomed and she didn't rush at all.
The location and amenities are convenient.
There are many reasons I feel happy and peaceful here, but the design and layout are practical and comfortable, it's very quiet (at least where I am), and so far, everything promised is as it should be. That's not all that common. Plus, maintenance is visible and very good.

Pre-covid the facility/community was great. Post-covid was overly controlled versus other communities. Allow people to be responsible adults and just stay up on the cleaning

Sound proof, location, location is a must and center location for all hospitals, local attraction's, churches, dining, museums , theaters , transportation, and grocery stores and sporting events and concerts.

For the amount that we pay for rent there. The workmanship in the interior of the apartments is lacking. A lot of areas I noticed right away after I moved in, are unfinished. Such as the wood work, island and flaws related to the paint. Also, nail heads that show but shouldn't. The interior work in the apartments were not finished as they should be. It looks like it was a rush job to get the place built and occupied.I didn't notice it when I moved in but I notice flaws everyday now throughout my apartment.
It's a beautiful complex in a great location with more amenities than most complexes we toured.

These people are liars, hustlers, very unprofessional, will give you the idea that you are at home and at peace, until the hour you move in!!!! I have been over charged and lied to since the hour I moved in. Management does nothing to help, I still have no mail box key, good luck on that $1000 gift card they promise you. YOU WONT GET IT! ASK THE RESIDENTS. I am ashamed of my self that I fell for they’re tricks and schemes. Please, don’t be gullible. If it sounds too good to be true IT IS!!! I don’t have time to write everything I want to. Please check back for my update.
I was not given a heads up of what day my apartment would be entered. I want to know what day, AT LEAST, they will be coming into my home.
The rates for 3 Bdrm units are much higher than comparable locations in the area. I would definitely rent here if the rates were a little lower.
The monthly rent at this complex is incredibly reasonable for the community amenities you receive! The units are also beautiful.
I would recommend because: - Location - Brand new / very clean - Elevators, which seems to be hard to come by in Phoenix - Amenities are GREAT - Location, location, location. Love that it's next to the library. - Parking garage
Great office folks. Michael was great both times we stopped by. The place is phenomenal but the service makes it feel like home.
Love that the community is smaller and that you host events. It's in a quiet area next to the park. Plus the units are beautiful!

Earlier this year, I was on my way to a scheduled tour with another property when I stumbled upon Portrait at Hance Park Apartments. I loved the way the looked and their location being right next to the highway, so I walked in and was greeted by Michael. He gave me a tour and I fell in love with the place. The screening process was quick and easy. Move in day was hassle free, I walked in and got my keys and was in my unit within 10 minutes. Now as a resident I am loving this place even more! The property is beautiful, the common places are incredible, and the staff is amazing! We've had a couple of resident events which were great and I look forward to what the future holds for Portrait at Hance Park. I definitely recommend leasing here! If you swing by for a tour, tell them I sent you! :) Hopefully we will be neighbors soon!

Community is beautiful, close to downtown, has some great floor plans. The only reason I would not recommend it is if someone could not afford to price point. The price point is a little higher than expected but I also understand why rates are as they are.
Loved the apartments and the overall look and feel of the property. We very nearly chose to live here, but since my husband and I both work from home, we chose a complex with more space that seemed suited to working (communal work areas).
We looked at a number of places but Lindsey and the team offered the best customer service, the amenities were what we were looking for and the “finishings” in terms of appliances, tile, cabinets/countertops were high quality.
This is the best place I have ever lived. Friendly staff, clean everything, just all around amazing.
I'm absolutely in love with my apartment and community. The office staff, Crystal, Lindsey, Zach, Michael, and Mike are all amazing and so good to me and my fur baby. I am so grateful to be living where I am.
