Me and my wife are totally dissatisfied with the management the maintenance the whole experience at Cordova we arrived at our apartment April the 7th the apartment was not clean, it was cluttered and trashy the bathroom tubs and sinks did not work cuz they was clogged up that was a hole in the master bedroom wall under the sink it was filthy, proud of my moving date April 7th over management didn't even do a walk through to the apartment, the tennis moved out on the 5th of April that was not enough time between the new movies for Cordova management to get that apartment together, I complained I have pictures but no one seems to care.

Been living here 2 years now and recently have been having roach problems with new renovations they’re doing. Office doesn’t even help, their pest control is a joke. Had my car windows broken and they have no cameras around the complex. The gates are always open. Loud neighbors. Don’t move here

The owner of the cordova apartments is greedy & negligent and the overall living experience ive had within the four years ive lived here has been terrible!

When the Pandemic came upon us all, I just moved to Arizona and Cordova was the first place that let me sign a lease despite not having lived in AZ for that long. Cordova staff has been absolutely amazing in the 2 years I been here. The Apartments are cozy and feel like home and the surrounding area offers a variety of everything you can need. I highly recommend Cordova Apartments.

It’s okay as a first apartment or a stepping stone to something better. The management could use improvement however. There is not enough parking for the amount of residents and the towing company is unresponsive. The gates are also always open and it was advertised as a gated complex. Questionable people walk the parking lots at night and I have had my truck stolen and never recovered here. I have brought this issue up for two years and nothing has been done. Residents play loud music at all hours of the night and the security company does nothing about it. It is an okay place for now, but the rent increase can’t be justified for the quality.

Cordova has been a great place to reside. The area is very quiet and the people here are mostly friendly. Management and maintenance work hard to get to any problems that rise. I appreciate my time living at Cordova

Reading all these good reviews, seems laughable. I've been there for several years and management sucks, maintenance are even worse. Most of the stuff in my apartment always breaks and needs to be replaced. Not many roaches since the beginning so that's good, really depends on the neighbors if not leaving for or garbage out but it happens. Trash everywhere by the dumps so they'll already be roaches, no security patrol that I've seen yet. Worse apartments I've been in yet.. Hopefully I'll be out by years end.

Cordova is a great place to live. The neighbors are nice. Just moved in a couple weeks ago and weve been very comfortable and homey here. There are a few issues but not bad enough to not live here.

The apartment/ up keep of the property/ maintenance/ appliances need major improvements. When I moved in my stove wasnt working and it the drawer/ boiler area is all messed up. There were roaches in the apartment upon my arrival. In the kitchen there were roaches, in my bathroom. There is a dog that barks late at night/ early every morning in the apartment beneath me and no one does anything about it. The playground is really gross, needs to be cleaned or replaced. The pool is out of order. The gate has never worked or been closed since Ive moved in. There are just a lot of areas that need to be improved with these apartments. Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Before I first moved in, Daniel was very helpful and courteous. The day I moved in, I noticed my AC was leaking by the cup full and had notified the office the same day. This was back in June. Now, 4 months later this issue is still not resolved and I have called repeatedly, both about this and the outside light not working. The outside light being broken makes me especially uncomfortable, as the next door neighbors have strange people coming and going at all hours and Im a woman living alone. In addition, my vehicle was also stolen here. It doesnt seem like a safe place for a young woman or children. Ive also had constant issues with the noise and amount of extra people living next door, who are extremely inconsiderate and loud. I work long hours and pay all my bills and rent on time. This complex makes me feel unwanted and unappreciated.

If you can afford to live elsewhere do so, this place has a huge roach problem and maintenance does not get anything fixed they do a crappy job fixing stuff. Office staff isn't supportive.
i stayed here with a friend for a few weeks while i searched for my own place and its just terrible! the 3 dumpsters are constantly over flowing. i made the mistake of parking too close to them one time and someone put 2 couches alongside my drivers door so i couldn't even get in my car and they stayed there for four days. there's constantly nasty mattresses all around the dumpsters also. i might as well have became a smoker while i was here since every 30 min when one of the neighbors smoked it came right into the apartment. not to mention they would be outside constantly yelling and fighting and being obnoxious while the people underneath loved to listen to music and their tv as loud as possible. it takes twenty to thirty minutes to get semi warm water that you lose constantly while trying to take a shower or do dishes. the dryers in the laundry room would stain your clothes. there's dogs running around every where. a guy on his bike selling food will wake you up every morning and sometimes twice a day by constantly squeezing his bike horn. all the Windows and doors leak badly. random kids want to climb up all over the already noisy stairs. only seen one live roach so far but maintenance tracked in a few dead ones when they replaced the rusty refrigerator. the ladies up front just love to give excuses but at least they seem nice. the pool looked alright. im glad i didn't sign a lease for this place i know my friend is sure regretting it!
