I’m overall good experience! Great staff , quick maintenance, good location. Only downfall is rent keeps increasing and it’s not even comparable to the price if we were to sign a new lease in this building today.

Love everything about this apartment community! Only down side is parking just have to get out and back early! Other than that it’s great we love the pool and definitely the grills!

I love my community ! The property is always clean and well kept …the staff is friendly and very accommodating…I also love the community events and food trucks …my home is beautiful and I just recently renewed my lease ????

It’s a perfect neighborhood — quiet, peaceful, and ideal for families. The amenities are always clean and fully functional, which makes daily life really convenient.

First month has flown by, and I’ve loved every second of the minute in the day living here so far. Property is pretty quiet, clean, maintenance gets things done & the elevator didn’t stay out of usage for long. So far, so great!.

So far not bad, the only complaint is the noise from apartments above me, other than that all amenities are great and the staff is great also, there should be a rule about noises for the upper apartment

The community and apartment living have been great here at portiva! The grounds are kept nice and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Nothing negative to say about portiva!

The staff’s communication is amazing and they resolve issues very quickly. Their community events with Veniece are also so much fun! I have no complaints living here.

It's a good place to live, close to everything. Very centric place. The management team is very responsive and takes care of everything quickly.

Still enjoy living at Portiva! The Management and Staff are top notch. Darian and team are always consistent with meeting the needs of the Portiva Residents. The refresh of the Cyber Cafe and the upkeep of the property is top tier. Thanks for all you do!

Been here 3 years now… good location and staff. Only downfall is how thin the walls are, so you can hear when neighbors are playing loud music, etc.

Such a cute place! My only complaint would be the traffic noises from the highway. The valet trash service is great! Love the common spaces.

Tai in the front office is THE BEST! Very professional, kind, and welcoming. After move-in there were several minor maintenance issues that were resolved literally the very next morning (I put requests in late the evening before) This move in experience has been excellent! 10/10!

The staff and community have been nothing short of welcoming and helpful! The application and touring process was so easy and smooth. Living here is so great with access to the numerous ammenities.

Been living here for almost 6 months and it’s been great so far. The front office makes sure they put you first when it comes to wants and needs. Definitely recommend living here!!!

My experience so far in Portiva apartments has been pretty good. As I moved in I had an issue with my dryer and they were very quick with sending someone to fix the problem.

The application process was very fast and went smoothly! Every staff member I speak to is incredibly nice and helpful and the phone is answered every time I need to call.

Great ambience and service move in was very smooth sad I couldn’t keep my existing wifi and had to switch services and I will need to to get use to the parking other than that the community is great!

My move in process was smooth and staff is very helpful. The grounds are kept clean. The apartment itself has a huge amount of space in every area of the floor plan.

From the amenities, to the cleanliness, to the peaceful quiet environment…this by far is the best place I have lived. I love how safe the grounds are with the gates and I love how there are constant activities and events going on.

I've had an absolutely awesome time living here at Portiva. I could not recommend this place enough. The amenities and staff are fantastic!!

My experience so far with Portiva has been exceptional. I worked with Lauren in the leasing office who ensured that I was well informed throughout the entire process of applying to eventually moving in. I would highly recommend these beautiful apartment homes.

So far so great. Just moved in all of the team members In the community seem to be pleasant and very helpful, Tai and Lauren specifically have helped me every step of the way in what was a very difficult move for me. They have gone over and above status quo to accommodate. I am continuously treated with the most genuine respect. Sidenote: Any reviews I have read are circumstantial, typical apartments stuff. For the most part, the residents that I have come in contact with seem agreeable and polite. The community has character and charm, a diverse population which I love, and the unit I have is a perfect fit for all of my requests and needs. I travel a good bit for work and the location logistically is great just blocks from 95 north and south and I feel I am roughly fifteen to twenty minutes from any place in the city that I would want to visit. So far so great.

Tai and Lauren made the entire process super easy I’m looking forward to staying here at Portiva. The Amenities were clean and neighbors seem friendly.

From office to maintenance, everyone is great and willing to assist to make apartment living to the next level with monthly events and updates

Overall good experience and good staff. Wish the walls were thicker and there was more parking, but not sure how they’d build more parking.

Love it here! Just one complaint about the noise but other than that everything else makes you feel like you live on a resort. Management answers you back quickly with whatever questions you have, maintenance comes quick, and the overall living environment is clean and well kept. Also they do a lot of stuff to keep the community engaged with each other and get to know one another!

So far my experience here has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with and respond very promptly when you reach out!

We’ve been at Portiva for several years. Our first six months were great but the problems hav been abundant since then. One of the elevators is frequently broken. The other will Often be taken offline by people moving and holding it. Portiva is such a party place… great if you are looking for that environment. If you prefer a quiet residence, this isn’t for you….kegs of beer at the pool, The hallways reek of weed, loud parties at all time of the day and night, inappropriate screaming in the halls. Management does nothing to resolve these issues.

Really friendly staff, super easy process and apartment is great! Also the amenities from the pool to the spacious gym, to the cyber cafe is awesome.

Moved in last week and everything has been great so far! Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Building is in great shape and unit was clean.

've been living at Portiva Apartments for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. From the moment I first visited, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. They've been consistently responsive and go above and beyond to address any concerns quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I love the high ceilings, large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and the sleek appliances that add a touch of luxury. The maintenance team keeps everything running smoothly and is always just a call away. One of the highlights of Portiva is the array of amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stay active. The pool area feels like a resort, perfect for relaxing on weekends. They also offer a modern community room that has been a great spot for hosting gatherings with friends and neighbors.

Overall a great place. The employees are great! Not much as far as amenities go. Biggest pain point is the elevators breaking down often. Happy here though.

Love it in the apartments! The pool, nail services, trash services, location, modernization, and overall experience is one we couldn’t resist! Would recommended to literally everyone.

Staff is extremely friendly, always going that extra mile to take care of the residence. They care about the community and every month have a residence event so you can meet your neighbors. I recommend Portiva

Love the place, great people around, neighbors can get a bit annyoing sometimes if you are unlucky, i guesd that might be pretty much anywhere

I've truly relished my time at Portiva. This serene and tranquil community provides convenient access to nearby gas stations, shopping malls, and restaurants. The generously spacious bedrooms contribute to an overall enriching living experience. I must commend the management for their exceptional responsiveness to any concerns that may arise during my stay. The attentive and efficient handling of matters by the management team has undoubtedly enhanced my satisfaction with the overall living environment at Portiva.

I love the area more than anything. The staff is awesome. Maintenance is fast to respond and fix things. I wish there was a park for the kids but there is a nice dog park for the fur babies.

The only thing I really like about living here is the layout of our unit, because it has an extra room big enough for an office. But other than that, the maintenance requests have been taking several attempts to get things fixed, there’s constantly dog poop all over the grass & sidewalks, there’s always trash bags left in the hallways which causes infestations of mosquitos & fruit flies around the property, and the community area features such as the printers and computers never seem to be operational.

An excellent and overall amazing community. Great staff I’ll recommend it to others. Also a great location right off the high way and 5 minutes from St. John’s town center

Love it. The view is amazing. Tai was GREATTTT! loved working with him and helping me move into my first apartment. apartment is very nice, cute and luxurious!!

My experience have been great can speak with staff easily on anything! There are actual community events to meet your neighbors. And it’s kept up very well!

Office management is great, along with maintenance. Myles has been great with any work order he has completed. I also love the events and food trucks!
