Berkeley Oaks is a predominately residential neighborhood located about five miles northeast of Downtown Madison. There are only a few offices and several schools in Berkeley Oaks, but the neighborhood’s biggest appeal is its proximity to excellent amenities and popular destinations in the city. Berkeley Oaks borders Warner Park, a popular waterfront park nestled along the shores of Lake Mendota. Warner Park has a dog park, beach, boat ramp, and marina so it’s a popular spot during the summertime.
