Don’t even try just looks somewhere else. Unless you want to deal with management that will ignore your request and then lie to you about getting your basic issue fixed

Do not move here, when I moved I was told the apartment was in great shape. Walked in and found a bunch of problems, areas not painted, smoke alarms hanging off the walls, bathroom sink not working, shower leaking, bathroom cabinet door is missing, black mold in both bathrooms. Parking is terrible, you will have one assigned parking spot and hope you get lucky and find a spot inside the gate which is very rare. We used to be able to park outside the gate where there was more parking but we’re notified we’re no longer allowed and will get towed if we do. The gates they have never work. Police and firefighters come almost every night, have had shootings and raids happen. If you have any issues they will not be resolved and you will be treated like your bothering them, I just want my basic amenities to work and not have mold everywhere.

Rough neighborhood, maintenance never gets out to you in a timely manner, staff is overworked and undermanned, the gate to the left part of the apartments is always broken. So many more issues. The staff was semi ok when I lived there but the problem is that they do not have nearly enough employees for the amount of tenants they have and therefore are always stressed out. There are rules for the pool, but no one follows them and they arent enforced. Almost every single time I tried going to the pool, there were groups of children as young as 2 and no older than 12, unsupervised, swimming in their jeans and t shirts. Let's keep in mind, this is assuming you are lucky enough for the pool to happen to be open that day. It was almost always closed. Many, many more issues. Would not recommend at all.

Puts me on a 5-15 minuet hold for the simplest questions. The only reason I’m still waiting is to see how long she does this and give an accurate review. I don’t live here, but I was interested for a good minute but if they can’t answer the phone right what makes me think they run a good apartment
