Located about 100 miles north of Seattle, Happy Valley is one of Bellingham’s most wooded neighborhoods. WORST MISTAKE
Don't live here! Moldy apartment filled with cockroaches! I would see on average 5 a day for a year! Left for thanksgiving and an entire wall was moldy. I lived there for a year and then they raised rent prices. Not worth it.

Don’t Do It!
Lived here for 3 years and had rent raised about $150-$200 per year. Cold and moldy apartments that they’ve done the bare minimum to make updates on. Parking is a nightmare and my car was hit multiple times. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and although I left the unit in better condition than I moved in, they still took my whole deposit and then charged more on top of the deposit.
