The Village of Wellington is definitely horse country, and the community takes equine activities quite seriously-- the annual Winter Equestrian Festival runs from January to March, and the International Polo Club hosts matches that regularly draw big crowds of spectators. Multiple amphitheaters around town take advantage of Florida’s agreeable climate to host concerts, movie screenings, and even food truck festivals.
The schools in the area perform remarkably well, and the local crime rate is well below the state and national averages, making Wellington a very desirable community in which to raise a family. Roughly 30 minutes inland from Lake Worth and West Palm Beach, Wellington rentals offer easy access to the coast, whether for work or play.

Been in the neighborhood now for two years and really haven’t had much complaints about anything and the maintenance team handles most of the requests when I submit them. Just wish we had a hot tub at the pool for after the gym.

5 years here . Ups and downs but overall, great place to live. A lot of lawn maintenance, which some trees were removed by the cars that have birds living in them . Parking can be better . Hard to share spots if you live in a one bedroom . Guest parking is impossible at night

You’d think polo lakes being in the heart of Wellington would be an amazing place to live. Wrong. From the managements response, their portal not working correctly, the utilities in the buildings breaking & the nightmare parking living here was a nightmare. 1st my dryer broke, took a month to replace after multiple attempts to fix instead of just replacing it. The replaced dryer was definitely refurbished through their contracted provider. The 2nd dryer broke a couple weeks after for them to just replace the 2nd one with a 3rd. The dishwasher broke and took a month for them to replace as well. A leak in the garage they never even attempted to fix. My lasts months rent not showing properly in their portal to have to pay with money orders. A week later my balance is somehow more than the pro rated amount I was told while also still showing not paid as well as a statement for my nexts month rent when the lease is up in 4 days. Stay away from here it’s management nightmare. If you want or need anything done, good luck. The manager Bonnie is somehow always in meetings and every time I call there’s someone new so they clearly can’t keep staff.

The bottles of wine that were left in my new apartment was a welcoming touch. It conveys the impression that I am valued as a tenant. The condition of the apartment was spotless!! I like living here so far. Lots of kids for my daughter to play with. We love taking walks around and everyone is nice. The community is pretty quiet too. My only issue is the parking. We have a driveway and people park along the street making it hard for us to park and come out of our driveway. They have sent out an email like weekly since January stating they are going to be taking action starting Jan 23,2024 to stop people from blocking driveways. It’s now March 31,2024 and still nothing is being done. Other than the parking issue its a nice place to live. Some of the apartments with driveways don’t have this problem though because of where their apartments are located.

It is quiet here and the ducks are nice I haven't been here long. When i moved in it was kind of a landlord special and i was told incorrect information but the office resolves things quickly

The place is a very nice place to live. You are near a lot of really good restaurants, stores and very good schools. The maintenance process is a pretty difficult and they don’t always fix what is broken. Are sliding door never was fixed and other small things inside the apartment . Other than that it is a really good place to live. The pool/gym are nice.

I love it here my place is perfect! Staff is great and maintenance team is great as well. Neighborhood is very clean as well. I love having a garage for extra storage, and my view of the lake is beautiful.

It’s a great community, always clean. Very proud to live. The community are always clean and in great conditions, the greenery it’s always well kept all through the community. The only problem I’m having with living here is the parking situation I wished it could be something that it can be worked on.

Very pleasant and beautiful comunity to leave, the view from the apartment is thousand dollars view m, very clean and refresh neighborhood you walk and feeling like you at the resort .

I love my community, it’s amazing staying at Polo Lake . The staff are awesome and very attentive to the needs of tenants. If you have a request the staff will do everything in their power to get it done.

We just moved in, and we love our new home! The Place is super clean, and the neighborhood is as well. We can't wait to go to the pool after getting everything settled in!

No complains so far. Everything is good, everyone is friendly, whenever something breaks it gets fixed really soon. I really enjoy the public amenities too, such a great neighbourhood .
