I want to start out with saying Jada, our leasing agent or representative was the BEST help anyone could ask for. I can say I was very excited and egger to move in, so you know how those people are (annoying), but Jada was there for me through every emotion. Moving into these apartments was such a smooth and stress-free experience. Everything went great from start to finish, and Jada made the whole process easy. Excited to call this place home.
Amazing service from the maintenance team during a deep freeze. Prompt and timely and got our heat back on before the house had a chance to cool off.

Its very amazing I love the layout of the apartment there is so much space for me and my fur baby! I love how nice everyone is everyone just stays to their selves and the community has lots of positive energy. I love the area and all the amenities that it comes with.

Polaris staff is really kind and amazing with communication when it comes to its residents. Maintenance is always on top of things and requests never get ignored. I've lived here for 5 or so months so far and have enjoyed the quiet and peaceful community.

I've been here for seven months and have fallen in love with Porlorise apartments. The community is amazing; the staff is so friendly and welcoming that my family and I really utilize the clubhouse and the pool while living here. The maintenance team is excellent at taking care of things in a timely manner. They are also very respectful while being in your home.

Polaris Apartments has been the best choice we made! Maintenance is quick, professional, and extremely helpful. The office staff is a joy to see when you walk in to the Leasing center. The property grounds are immaculate and the apartments are so spacious. The community is quiet and serene but a quick drive to any amenities you need.
