Lady Lake is the birthplace of The Villages and that origin shapes nearly everything about living here. The town stretches across 10 square miles in Lake County, offering a relaxed, small-town pace along the US Highway 441 and 27 corridors, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Spanish Springs Town Center right next door. Renters will find garden-style apartment communities, single-family rental homes, and townhomes spread across neighborhoods that range from quiet, tree-lined streets to newer developments near the commercial corridors.
