The condominium is well wooded, the garden is clean and organized, the apartment is very spacious, and all internal and external maintenance is carried out promptly. Being able to count on the laundry and swimming pool in the summer is very good.

excellent condominium. satisfied with all the services, gardening, maintenance whenever requested are promptly attended to. I am happy to live here.

Writing this end of October 2020, current mgmt and maintenance staff are doing an amazing job keeping things going in light of Covid 19. Prior to Covid they did exceptional care as well. They’ve been amazingly consistent and need to be acknowledged. 10 stars. This is a great place to live. Minutes from the beach, nice property, quiet.

The staff is very nice and for the past 3 years that I live here I've only seen improvements. Happy resident here. :)

we loved living in our nice quiet community until we found out that the AC units I'm our apt were well over 10yrs old and the leasing agent said they would be replaced in the spring. they were moldy and smelled so we sealed them off for the winter. March come quickly. they totally forgot to change the units and being I'm a upstairs apt is got hot and humid quickly this year. we brought up about the AC units that I could like we were crazy we told him we needed a mold test because something was wrong. they bring their people and to do a mold test and as we're in a hotel waiting on results they decided to say they can't tell us due to the corporation won't let them but they'll tell the doctors they can't discuss it with us. so we had a private company come in and do their own mold test. and the toxicity of mold spores found in our apartment or so high it was ridiculous that they can even rent that apartment out I don't see how a code inspector could miss that and a hot second. been living in a hotel all summer long because of them also on antibiotics for toxic mold syndrome all summer don't move in there unless you like to watch people smoke crack on benches by you know the playground where the kids play

The apartment is in a nice scenic location with the river in the backyard and around 5 minutes drive to beach. It is a nice spot to spend the summer. The studio apartment I rented is spacious, however wouldn't say it is all worth the money. The apartments are expensive compared to similar ones in the area and no utilities are included in the rent. They take good care of the apartments. The pool is outdoor, so its only open for a very short period of time, the gym is spacious and has enough equipment. There is plenty of parking space and has convenience stores at a walking distance. There are laundry in each building and would not be a hassle. The apartment staff are really nice and helpful. Don't fall in for the free internet, its just a single computer which is open only during office hours.

This place is a great family environment! It's absolutely clean and children friendly! Studio , 1-2 bedroom apartments are big, even for starters. Alot of closet space, and rooms are big !

Very nice views by the inlet river. Property is clean and apartments are nice. Rent will go up on a yearly basis which untimely will lead to you leaving if you are a good paying tenant for multiple years though. Not quite the reward for good paying customers.

I've been living here for the past year - and just love it. I am 2 blocks from the the wonderful New Jersey shore and across the street from the best pizza place in the world. I live in a spacious studio apartment with my cat Peter (he runs the place and I am the guest). The complex is well taken care of and the management is is great. Along with a pool there is a new fitness room, plenty of playgrounds for the kids and they just updated the picnic areas with grills and umbrella tables. Pleasure Bay Apartment is sure a pleasure to reside in.
