A quiet community and very safe for families. Plenty of parking and nice for walks. Would be ideal for more activities to get the community together.
The location is convenient with easy access to shopping and highways. Neighborhood is good and the management are great with prompt response to maintenance requests.
Just resigned for another year. Love this community! Recently a gym was added to the clubhouse and it’s a great addition. Everyone is friendly and the grounds are beautiful! Great family environment!

I've been a resident here with my children since 2023 and I can't imagine living in any other apartment community within the 06351 area. Pleasant View Estates offers me as a single mom the sense of calm and safety; a short nature walk down the pathway to the playground for my minis, a view of a beautifully maintained property with all hardworking neighbors enjoying time off with their children and fur babies; a very family-oriented community. My fave is that our community is high out of the local view and traffic that sometimes I forget that I live in 06351 ??. I can see the community center/office from my back patio which offers residents the gym/lounge and friendly staff like Vanessa and Brad, ready to assist with any questions/concerns. The online resident payment portal, the awesome community updates and communications from Vanessa, and community contests/events held within Pleasant View is a great plus. I really enjoy where I live, just sayin'!??

Location is great! Very quiet and pet friendly. Maintenance and office staff are fantastic. Lawn crew and road crew for plowing are doing a great job. Pet waste should be emptied more often we don't use because it is always overflowing. Dumpsters are emptied twice a week sometimes they need a third pickup.
There is a very great family friendly environment here. We love being able to safely walk the loop through the townhomes and everyone we have met so far is friendly. The units are on the small side for the price and there are some building issues and issues with on-street parking but otherwise we love our home. We never hear our neighbors when we’re inside which is hard to find in an rental and the deck gives us much appreciated privacy and safety for our toddler.
We’ve been here for few years now. Quiet community with easy access to 395 and Lisbon shopping mall. Management are quick to respond to service issues. They are setting up a fitness center which we are looking forward for and other amenities like pool or tennis grounds will be a great addition for future.
The entire process was smooth and seamless Everyone I have dealt with was friendly and helpful property manager is excellent! Would highly recommend
A great place to live! Quiet community with very modern spaces. The team is very responsive to all questions. It’s located in a nice space with easy access to local businesses.
I moved in the beginning of June. The community is great! A lot of families with young children, safe community, and nice amenities in the condo units. The communication from the leasing office is mostly great. Had an issue with my pipes freezing 2 days before Christmas. They had to install a heater in my garage, which has made my electric bill triple. I am hopeful that the leasing company will compensate me as this was not disclosed to me when I moved in. Not all units have this issue. Overall really love living here.
Really loved it here. Our time was short here, but great . We loved our neighbors on both sides of us . We loved that this is a dog friendly place . Very quiet neighborhood with no crime . I always felt safe here , even when my husband was gone .
Amazing experience so far. Repairs are always timely and efficient. The community manager is also very helpful. Bonus is that neighborhood is safe and clean.
We love living at pleasant view ?? Brad and Vanessa are the best. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. The townhomes are beautiful inside and out. It’s also a peaceful community with everything we could ever possibly need within a short distance.
The apartment itself is beautiful with brand new appliances, central air, a garage, and a semi-private deck. It is also very quiet even with neighbors on both sides. The community is nice, but the street is narrow, the driveway parking in two-bedroom units is not side-by-side, meaning you have to constantly move vehicles to let each other in and out every day, and rent is on the expensive side for the area despite having no amenities until very recently putting in only a very small fitness room (no pool, game room, etc.). Property management and maintenance staff on site are very nice and approachable, so that’s a big plus. Also, the location in general is extremely convenient to accessing the highway, local schools, restaurants and shopping, and Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos are only 15-20 minutes away by car. If there were more amenities for the money, or if the rental cost was more reasonable without the amenities, I would rate 5 stars instead of 4. This is a great place to live.
The ppl are nice and the facilities are clean. I enjoy being friendly with the neighbors and taking the time to say hi when I see them out and about
Pleasant view is a beautiful place to live. It’s very clean and homey. A great community and safe for kids. It’s safe to walk around during the warmer weather.
I have really enjoyed the community. Everyone has been kind. My children have made so many friends and really enjoy the location. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
Staff is nice and responsive. Expensive. Charge for everything. Not many amenities. A lot of cars parked all over. It’s a decent place for the short term. No community vibe. Not friendly
Overpriced for the area but the maintenance and property manager are prompt and helpful. Snow removal and lawn maintenance have been great as well.
Love our community! Friendly neighbors, great maintenance service, super quiet place and great amenities. We are very thankful for living here.
Staff and maintenance are amazing. Great neighbors. All around great place. Would love to stay longer if renewal prices stay the same. Pets allowed is huge bonus.
