Management is great, rooms are nice with great pricing, overall an excellent place to live
3 years going on 5-6 maybe. Safe gated, great ALL EFFORT team in office. QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL. Close to H-E-B, WALMART, wonderful places to eat and entertainment. Library not far and respectful residence. Great value for what you get!!!! IVE CHECKED!

Ive been a resident here for almost two years and I looooove living here. Everyone that works here is so friendly and maintenance is fast. The amenities are awesome and everything is usually very clean and well kept. The layout of my apartment is super open and spacious. I have only had a couple minor issues with appliances the whole time Ive lived here. Its the best place Ive lived. Definitely renewing my lease.

I chose to move from Houston to La Porte during the coronavirus pandemic to be close to my job at the ship channel and the staff made it very easy to transition and complete the process. Traci in the leasing office answered my many questions very thoroughly and politely and resolved any issues that might have come up in a timely professional fashion. I'm very happy with my experience, love the property and am looking forward to living here for quite a while.

This complex is very clean. Maintenance is quick to fix issues. They are located close to the college and many shopping strips/food places. Its a quiet community.

My last apartment of 6 years was great but moved to Texas for first grandchild and as a retired couple wanted safe area and resort style living. Just signed another 15 month lease. Plan on stayin ???? Until daughter buys a bigger house in 3-4 years. But updates will be required or move to lower and 2 bedroom apartment??? Staff great! Quiet and respectful neighbors, and location beside San Jacinto college on Spencer/Luella 77571 is beautiful, QUIET, and only complaint WIFI NOT IN POOL AREA BESIDE CLUB HOUSE.... its a BIG DEAL!!!
Good things is having a cleaned swiming pool and have a nice Gym over here.

THIS IS OUR 20TH YEAR LIVING AT THE PLAZA OF SAN JACINTO I THINK THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING.
I came to this office inquiring a one bedroom apartment and was instantly profiled. The energy was off and TRACI’S told it all with her hands crossed .. “ what can I do for you” . Traci was very unwelcoming and I felt rushed. the vibe wasn’t genuine. This apartments met my criteria, unfortunately I am big on customer service. I will not stay at this residence because of the first impression made by TRACI. I will not be back ! You guys need genuine, friendly and positive energy! Don’t come stay here they will run you off with their negative energy !

Rip off place! They take your money for the admin fee and make up a bogus reason to deny you. Even if you bring them proof, they "laugh in your face" ... Stay away!!!

Just moved into the Apartment and was given New Carpet, cooled A/C was on "I'm in Texas need Cool A/C", a big bath tub, smelled didn't stink of old tenant or new paint! I have a nice view of the College and pool was clean and gym was clean as well. Little bit high on rent but I'm OK with it. Office manager is vary nice and is helpful too! Parking isn't hard to get and area is clean and maintained. if you don't want to go fare from home to get to a store's, restaurant, Bar's, and/or entertainment come her its no more than 10min form every thing, and for the fishing people its 10min drive to the bay! Come look at these nice apartment and see for yourself how Good thy are.
Aside from a few cosmetic issues, we enjoy it. We have a 3 bed 2 bath. Decent storage, but 2 rooms are quite small. It's quite and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Office staff is very friendly, and maintenance is always quick to answer work orders. Great place to live until we grow out of it and find a house!
