Nice apartment and friendly staff. Maintenance staff are also friendly. Rental seem a little high for the local area, but the apartment building is of a higher than average quality so this seems like a fair trade-off. Biggest complaint was there were various maintenance issues that needed solving as soon as I moved in.

My experience at Plantation Park has been amazing. I appreciate all the staff and their ability to provide top tier customer service. I have really enjoyed living here! The leasing office staff is so friendly and always have something fun going on during the month. The pool is a great space and is never overcrowded. The apartments are super nice and we love our balcony! Would recommend this place for someone staying in Lake Jackson.

So far, so good! Move in was easy, the apartment looks fantastic, the kitchen is the best I've had in an apartment, space wise (just going to miss having a gas stove), layout is good, and tons of storage space.

With great management and amenities, this was a dream apartment. We lived here three years and hardly needed maintenance, but if we put in a request someone was here in less than 24 hours. My friends loved coming over and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area as much as possible. We’ve had different neighbors over the years and hardly ever heard anyone. After Hurricane Beryl, apartment managers were at work immediately picking things up, checking on residents, and getting the apartment back in to shape. Some of my friend’s apartments (in Richwood) a month later are still in disarray. Laci at the office has always been great to us, and everyone on the maintenance team is always so nice. This really was a headache free apartment experience, and my husband and I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Lake Jackson.

I've been here for 4 months and so far so good. The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. My son and I have been enjoying the club house and pool. I'm also happy the community doesn't flood during the storms because I was nervous about that when deciding to move to Lake Jackson. Especially since its near the coast (hurricane season). Overall I would highly recommend.

The upkeep of the needs to be better. Much much better. For amount that residents pay the upkeep needs to be done more regularly. The trash cans are overflowing. The grass is cut once a month. Sidewalks have moss on them which makes them dangerously slick. Maintenance on the property seems to cut corners to complete.

These apartments are updated and the valet trash service is so nice. The walls sound like they block out most noise from other residents. The front office staff are also very nice and welcoming. All questions I have had were answered in a very quick and respectful manner.

I just moved in and the process was super easy! Laci was very helpful with everything. I didn’t feel embarrassed to ask for help, she had made me feel very welcomed since the day i walked in the office. It’s been great living here. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly. It’s a fairly quite area. Only thing we wish was there was a playground for the little one.

We have lived here 6 months with no issues at all. Our apartment is very nice. The office staff are wonderful. Amenities are great and well maintained. Maintenance request are easy to submit and completed timely! We love living here!

A pretty calm apartment complex. No major issues after nearly 2 years of living here. I'd recommend this place to anyone I know planning to move here. I already have a friend that moved to this complex. Everyone seems very friendly and the location is very ideal.

Overall the experience is great, but the surrounding communities can make it unenjoyable at times. Mostly Bucee's and all the car meets/races held at the light right next to it. It's very frustrating come 11 pm when they start revving engines, but I know this has NOTHING to do with Plantation. I've also had a couple unruly neighbors to date, but reports have been responded to and helped with so I can't complain about anything the complex staff has done. They make a bad issue disappear and/or bearable wherever possible and that's all you can ask for. In fact, the property management is so phenomenal because they go above and beyond to virtually every problem we've ever had. I will never forget Laci dropping a bag full of all kinds of tea at my door because I had mentioned I was sick in an email. Welcome bags, seasonal gifts, get togethers, contests, marketplaces. They even include your fur friends sometimes! I really don't think anyone does it better than the staff at Plantation Park.

I love living at Plantation Park apartments in Lake Jackson!! I feel very safe for myself and my small dog. I have met my dearest friends in the past 5 years that I have lived here. The managers are so helpful and friendly and the Maintenance Team is the best!

Anyone that knows me, has heard me say more than once what a great place Plantation Park is to live. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and nice. To me, nice is the key to it all. All maintenance requests are handled quickly. In two years this is the third apartment I've lived in and the one I plan to stay in the Lord willing.

Good place to live. Have had some neighbor issues that don’t seem to get resolved but love the area and amenities. Walk my dog a lot and take her to dog park.

Good place to live, a little noisy at times but well maintained. Maintenance needs are addressed pretty quickly when i have a problem which aren't that many.
