Moved in about a month ago and love it so far. The place is well-kept. Since I have been here they have repaired the parking lot, pressure washed everything and improved the landscaping. Office staff is friendly and professional. Haven't had to call maintenance yet.

I’m just going to post a pros and cons list to living here: Pros- Cons- Roach infestation Loud neighbors Water constantly shut off Water bill is not what you used but what your unit used It costs $500 just to transfer to a bigger apartment even at the end of your lease even with a security deposit and firsts months rent Leasing office never answers the phone Trash compactor is always overflowing even with 3 different bins Overpriced

After moving in all we had was AC issues non stop it would take months for it to be fixed correctly. They never keep the same maintenance people it’s always somebody new and having to play “catch up” while we lived there. They had at least 4 different manager changes. Always having the water being turned off. Sometimes if you were lucky you had a letter on your door letting you know your water would be off for a day. It got to the point that some weeks it was happening multiple times a week. There was Car break ins, loud noises non stop. Mold in the apartments and when you would tell them about it you was told everybody has black mold in there windows. Anytime it rained we would have puddles of water inside from the windows. I would not recommend it they don’t give you deposits back when you move out either. Save your money and try somewhere else.

I moved into this apartment complex about a year ago- hoping to find a decent, affordable living space that was close to my parents house and had relatively easy access to I-20 and Buckhead. After being walked through a remodeled living space and then handed a super narrow, unconsciously laid out unrenovated apartment that couldn't even fit my bed- I should've known something was up. Since then, the trash compactor has been broken more than it's worked (do to unpaying locals), my water has been shut off 5 or 6 different times without notice (SURPRISE- it's Monday but your water was shut off yesterday so you can't take a shower), and I've had to call the police more than I can count on people who don't even live in the complex pulling in to get high/lit/blazed during all hours of the day. When I tried to address this issue with one of the new (Sept. '18) weekend warriors in the office- the woman told me I should just 'mind my business'- What?! I'm the one paying for this space- and they're getting lit right next to my car (who wants to pay a deductible for someone hitting their car?)- I think it is my business. In the past month, there have been gun shots at 4 AM, two break-ins, and 15- yes, that's 15- on foot chases within this complex. For 3 weeks I tried to get a maintenance guy to come change the battery on my smoke detector- but the service here has been a revolving door of non-existence- a loud, obnoxious beep going off every 8 hours anyone? Additionally, while for 9 months my building was a relatively quiet space- the complex recently leased a unit to 6 or 7 rap battling future delinquents who find midnight on Sunday evenings to be the best time for their charades. When I can hear you over my T.V. and I'm in the front of the building- I can only imagine what those with kids must think. At this time, I know at least one family has moved due to complaints not being handled. I would never recommend this place to anyone- especially anyone who earned the money they're paying rent with- and isn't on government subsidies. This complex has gone down the toilet.

In regards to pest, if this is a problem you are still dealing with, please do not hesitate to contact us in the office so we may begin developing a solution. Additionally, if you have more feedback you would like to share, don't be afraid to give us a call or stop by for a chat.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! In the short time we lived here, we dealt with a leasing office staff that ignores you. They are NEVER in the office and will not return calls or emails. When they are in the office, don't expect them to answer the phone. They never dealt with the roach infestation that was present when we moved in and they had to be threatened with the health department about the mold problem after months of ignoring us. There are fights in the parking lot at all hours of the day. When you do try to move out, they lie and try to take you for all your money. If you want to live in a safe, clean environment, do not move here! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

The quality of our residents' living conditions and the professionalism of our staff are top priorities for us.. We assure you that all reports of pest infestation and mold presence are taken seriously, with immediate actions usually taken upon their reportage. These apartments are old and not worth your had earned dollars! They are bug infested with stray cats roaming freely about the property. And let me not forget to mention the community water. They bill the entire complex one amount, then the management takes out what they think the club house and pool used. After, they distribute the rest of the bill according to the number of occupants in your unit. So my water bill for myself and a ONE YEAR OLD is $167!!!!! it's been that way since i moved in plus the rent, it's awful. Please PLEASE take heed, i only wish someone had warned me!
