The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pinetree Apartments in Kettering
I rent one of the 1,200 sqft apartments, a lot of which is the living room/dining room area that I'm still working on filling up. This type is a single level and is partially below ground level. Because of this, the cooling costs have been pretty good, but it also means insects and spiders are a common sighting. Any problems I've noticed are always quickly taken care of by the property manager and maintenance. The appliances are kind of old, but this hasn't been a problem with me. It's in a good area with plenty of trees and a nearby trail that I've enjoyed jogging on. I haven't had any issues with neighbors being too noisy and the one's I've met have all been friendly.
