Poor maintenance of the buildings and they never fix any problems within the appartmens. Price of living is outrageous, most definitely not worth their prices

The Apartment it's self is small, and nothing is updated before you move in my bath is my biggest compliment other than that The landlords are amazing they get to your work orders immediately and your lease signing isn't very stressful either. They also give you a heads up if there is going to be construction or if they need to work on the water so that your prepared.

While living here there was always something going on. Construction on the roads, fixing roofs, painting buildings, or random building repairs. This was almost every weekend. Pool was usually always closed, small laundry area, no parking I work nights I'd get home there was no parking and so many random redzone you couldnt park in the apartment area. would not reccomend!

The apartments are not the best but they are ok the only real big issue I have is that the windows are not that great about keeping the sound out I can hear almost everything outside without my windows being open but other then that this is a ok place to live the staff is so nice

Lived here from June 2015- June 2017 for college and it was awful. When my girlfriend and I moved in the carpets smelled like urine and after a week of arguing I got them replaced for free. The parking lot was so icy during the winter we slipped regularly and there was always trash and litter all over. One of the windows was so drafty it would always leak water when it rained. I remember on the 4th of July our carbon monoxide alarm went off because of fireworks being lit in the parking lot. We left and were charged a ridiculous amount for damages (including the carpet) that had been listed on our move-in sheet in 2015. I don't usually leave reviews but this was an awful first apartment experience for my girlfriend and me. If you are looking for a place to live you are better off ANYWHERE else in Greeley.

Please don't be fooled by the ratings on here please check out their website and look at all of the reviews for years there of been the same problems and nobody has done anything about it. Management is awful rude mean and just not good people. The rent is absolutely ridiculous, they don't have good maintenance crews, there are security cameras for the parking lots have been out for years if you read the reviews on their website and much much more...This place is been known to have lots of bugs, maintenance has had to be called about 20 times this year because they can't fix simple things or lie to us about giving us a brand new air conditioning for example and we had to call them and get about six new ones this summer because they're not new, and their communication is absolutely horrible putting notices on your door that you have to pay more or somethings wrong with on part when it's their problem entire time! Please don't make the same mistake I did and read the reviews on their website please!!!

If you're looking for luxury living, this isn't the place. It's a very basic apartment complex. Parking is tight, but never overflowing. If you want the spot right in front of your building, you're going to be disappointed. Overall, no major complaints about the apartments themselves. The application process could have been handled better. I would recommend asking to see the EXACT apartment you would move into. We were shown an "Example Apartment" and told it would be just like what we were shown, when in reality, we got a MUCH smaller apartment than what we were shown. I have never had an issue with extra expenses or surprise rent hikes, but I am a low maintenance person to begin with. TLDR: Livable, but small. Crowded, but not cramped. Inexpensive, but no luxuries.
I enjoy where i live its convenient for all my family needs. Work and school is only a hop skip and a jump away. I appreciate how the complex offers convenient ammentities as well as the friendly maintenance team.
