The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pines at Canyon Station
Moved in Sept 2024 Now, it's April 2025, and none of the maintenance issues have been resolved, despite me reaching out multiple times. Last week, the maintenance team was supposed to come in and address everything on the work order, but when they arrived, he only “fixed” (I say “fixed” because it fell out right after he did it)the fridge bulb and unclogged the garbage disposal. The rest of the issues? Completely ignored. Each time maintenance is supposed to come, nothing is done, and the office insists everything has been completed. It’s baffling that after proving repeatedly that the work orders aren't being fulfilled, there's still no change. I look Out my window, my work orders are still not complete and the maintenance man’s golf kart is sitting in front of his house or working on cars during office hours Like he’s done some kind of work and deserves a break…? There’s also no parking and the leasing office doesn’t care that the whole fire lane is lined with cars every night, even after complaining we have been stuck in parking spots due to not being able to pull out with cars in front of us in the fire lane. Just a mess in all ways.
I can see this being a better rating but I think positioning is an issue here. Older building has terrible sound blocking so you will hear basically every cars music that drives by your place as well as people talking outside. Place has two levels, bottom level are 3 floor buildings and top level is two floor buildings. I live on first floor of one of the top level buildings. Do not take after me, YOU WILL HEAR EVERY STEP OF YOUR ABOVE NEIGHBORS. I have hated every one of them and it isn't even their fault, the floor groans at every step they take which is really grating after a while. If they have kids it's a really bad with the running up the halls. Once again, not their fault since they are just living their life in a not especially loud way , it just sucks having to live under them and hear them living their life. Front office is okay but sometimes only gives the legally required time for inspections or parking lot repairs. Taping a notice to your door that you can't be in a parking lot two days from now or you will be towed is ridiculous, WHAT If YOU'RE OUT OF TOWN AND DON'T EVEN SEE IT? Maintenance is usually pretty quick so that's a plus. As a pet owner I try to be responsible and pick up after my pets but a good percentage don't seem to feel that way. So much dog poo makes taking mine out at night a challenging mine field. Every couple year or so they send out threatening letter about fines which seems to help for a couple weeks before they realize the property management would never actually spend money to enforce the one designated pet area is the least lighted area of the complex which is really dumb. Overall it's ok for the price but only get the top floor units because living underneath people here is really annoying.
lived here for 2 years, the staff is very friendly and always helpful
less than a week of moving into these apartments, my husband and i noticed ants in our kitchen. 5 months into our lease we now have ants in our living room and our bathroom. not to mention the loud neighbors! and management doesn’t even do anything when we complain about them! our upstairs neighbor makes noise from 10pm to sometimes 3am in the morning. i can’t wait till our lease is up so we can MOVE!
Property Manager at Pines at Canyon Station, Responded To This Review
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your apartment. We do have pest control to take care of the ants. Please let us know and we will schedule for pest control to take care of the ants. We also, have security patrol and a number to call when your neighbors are too noisy.
I have gotten my car broken into twice in 1 week, since I moved in I am yet to get my second mail box key, there is no outgoing mail box which I didn't know till I had to mail a bill out. Neighbors are super noisy at night, the apt its self has a lot of maintence issues. Honestly I'm thinking about ending my lease early its not worth it to me to live at this complex.
I have lived here for about a month and my experiences have been great! Management is incredibly friendly, responsive (any issues/question I have are answered or resolved in a timely manner), and inclusive for their community (they had a kind of Covid friendly halloween gig happen recently). I will update this if things change, but I am confident that they will only get better :)
