Friendly neighbour hood clean and spacious and the property manager tommy is amazing at his job
The ground is extremely dirty and stained. The Parking lot is uneven and broken. The basketball court has messed up rims and there was an attempted drug deal when I pulled up to check it out. The Balcony appeared to have rotting wood as well.
I lived in a two bedroom apartment that had a nasty roach infestation that was never solved. Add that with the thin walls and being able to hear every domestic dispute, and the unsupervised children that run around and scream for hours. Then, when I finally moved out of this hell hole, I was not given my full deposit back because the old manager claims I left furniture in the unit. We cleared that whole apartment out. Hopefully it’s getting better now, but I felt so bad knowing that new people were moving into that roach-infested apartment just 4 days after my move out date. I now have a strong feeling they moved me in when they knew about the roaches as well. Living there affected my health. Overall terrible place, knock it down and rebuild.
Great place to live! Quiet community,my kids love it here. Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are huge and well maintained. Management is great too. Jackie is professional, and thoughtful she just put on a Easter Egg Hunt last week for the kids! Joe is awesome with maintenance. Any work orders are done same day or next. They really make you feel welcome here. Very refreshing!
I recently visited Pinehurst apartments and was very satisfied with my visit. Prices are fair and they are doing wonderful updates. I have came to this property several times and every time the staff is very helpful. I would recommended this apartment complex to my friends and family.
I have lived here 2 years so far. No problems at all, the manager recently changed and I really like her. She gets things taken care of when needed. They also have resident functions and my kids really love that.
all around trash not worth the money upkeep is horrible staff is bad plumbing is worst save yourself time go somewhere else
I'm shocked by the other reviews. This place was terrible. Something was always breaking down & when it was reported, it either didn't get fixed or you were blamed for it. The pool was barely ever open & residents were getting drunk in the BBQ area all the time! I fulfilled my lease, gave notice & forfeited my deposit so I didn't have to deal with these apartments any longer. Now 7 months later, I'm being contacted by a collections company saying I owe them money but can't tell me why. When I have attempted to make contact with the office manager, she is always 'unavailable'. This place is terrible & should be shut down!
Property Manager at Pinehurst Apartments, Responded To This Review
Pinehurst Apartments is a great place to live and we’re really disappointed when we have unhappy current or previous residents. Pinehurst uses Lease Agreements written through the Texas Apartment Association for each and every resident. We also attach an Addendum A to the lease giving instructions to guide residents through the process of vacating their rental home. If the rental home is left damaged or not property cleaned then charges will be applied to the resident’s security deposit. The prior resident will also be responsible for any charges exceeding their security deposit. Our maintenance staff here is very qualified and available 24/7 for emergency repairs. All work orders are handled promptly although some repairs do take longer than others. Resident requests for maintenance and repairs must come though the office and not given directly to the maintenance representative. The Community Manager will always assign work orders for emergency situations first. All of our residents enjoy the 3-4 months our swimming pool is open. It is open daily Tuesday through Sunday weather permitting. The pool is always closed on Monday for cleaning, chemical treatment and any necessary repairs. Our on-site Courtesy Officer oversees and closes the pool each night during the season. There are rules posted in our pool areas that addresses both safety and violations. Our Courtesy Officer and Community Manager addresses all violations. There are posted hours when the office is open and an emergency phone number is also posted. Our Community Manager will there during these times unless she is showing apartments, attending a mandatory meeting or running office errands. There is a 24/7 answering service available anytime the Manager is off property. Pinehurst Apartments prides itself on having a good reputation, approved residents and a staff that goes above and beyond.
