Repair I needed my top rack on the dishwasher fixed. The person came in and he said he can see what's wrong he went and got something and came back to fix it. Very fast and efficient job done.

Maintenance Very quick to find a fix and complete requests first time resolution
Was hesitant on writing this review due to the fact that the property is very well maintained and the staff at the front office are awsome to work with along with maintenance being friendly and quick to fix any issues. The major downside is you get to hear everything your neighbors are up to. Everytime they take a step, turn on a faucet, close a cuboard door, start their wash and other activities I wish I didn't have to listen to. I have lived in multiple apartments over the years and unfortunatly this is the loudest one I've lived in.

So far my husband and I have lived here for two years. We have had an excellent experience with both office staff and maintenance. The grounds are well maintained and they are on top of snow removal. The apartments themselves are wonderful as well. Clean, spacious, and a good home feeling. This is such a great community to live in. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Plenty of room for parking as well. We love it here so much that we even moved into a bigger unit so we can stay here longer. I would highly recommend pinebrook to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I was searching for a new home that was decent in size and not going to break my budget. This place is it! Not only is the staff friendly and the community relaxed - but, I get a garage and 4x more space here for only $200 more than what I was paying at my other apartment. That is a steal! They also replaced the carpet before I moved in and it feels GREAT! So far I love it here! There is a nice park nearby, a pool in the community, perks for living here (Golf Course), and it is close enough for us to bike to and from work if we wish. Love it!
We live out of state and have been dealing with Marvin at Pinebrook and Cascade Pines. He has been just the greatest to work with in helping find the perfect rental for us. We highly recommend him. We have found him to be very receptive to our housing needs and always returns phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He has been a delight to work with.
Solid place, staff is friendly. Neighbors can be loud sometimes but that is what should be expected when moving into an apartment. Overall, good quality and neighborhood for your money.
Really spacious and really nice office staff. Was really happy living here.
The office staff and others (maintenance etc) are friendly and quick to respond to any requests for service. The complex is well cared for. Lawn and trash are taken card of regularly to keep everything looking good. In the winter months the crews are out removing ice and snow early so that we are able to go to work or run errands. The interiors are also maintained well. Halls are vacuumed regularly.
