Utterly depressing
Tiny apartments for the price with numerous add-ons. Very noisy neighborhood and no light. Filthy laundry room and hallways. New owner upgraded kitchens but it's like lipstick on a pig. Keep looking. You'll find something better I'm sure.

Avaricious mismanagement
Poorly maintained, price-gouging living. Extra charges for everything. Zero privacy. Noisy. Unfriendly neighbors. Look elsewhere.
