The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pine Harbour Apartments
For the last few weeks now, there are increasing amount of gnats and mosquitoes that comes into my apartment. This is attributing to the fact that the apartment office cannot get the trash problem around the apartment dumpster under control. There is a separate dumpster that the idiot roofers left which they refuse to remove due to morons in this complex dumping their trash into their dumpster. The regular trash has been piling up in this separate dumpster, sitting in front of my building, and breeding gnats and mosquitoes. I don't understand why it is such a rocket science to get the roofing company's dumpster removed and fixed the apartment trash compactor. Stay away or you will find yourself living in a ghetto apartment while paying high rent as if you this is an luxury apartment complex.

We appreciate you feedback regarding the issues you have experienced and thank you for your patience and understanding in the matter. I can confirm the roofing dumpster has been removed. Please feel free to contact the office with any further details so we can promptly address any further issues to be able to assist you more efficiently.
I have been living here close to one year. At first the price was a bit pricey but I guess you can say the market is not favorable. At the tour they show you the model apartment, stating they can not show you the actual apartment yet. I agreed and when I moved in the apartment was roach infested. The nice leasing agent apologized and stated they will set up pest control for a mont. I have been here 10 months and there are still roaches. The toilets drain water constantly leaving water marks in the toilet bowl. The apartment has some nice finishings but is patchy cover ups overshadows that. The grout in the bathroom is disgusting not matter how many times you clean it. Now they are raising my rate almost $300 per month on top of what I already pay (3500 more per year). They are charging luxury prices for a standard apartment. Pay close attention and ask to see the apartment you are moving into before you sign.

First of management is rude and doesn't fix anything. And their excuses is it doesn't affect them. There is never any parking near your apt building. And when maintenance comes to fix anything they leave equipment and material in your apartment for over a month even though you call 6-9 times to come get it
Moved here recently. I love the place and Brian from management staff is great. If you have a issue its address quickly. Apartment was immaculate when I moved in. Gym and pool area great also. Few bugs this is Florida no big deal they spray weekly and valet garbage pick up. A few people said it's horrible but I haven't seen any of that. You can't always go on what some say. In my opinion for the price it's a great place to live.
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! Management is absolutely terrible! Our apartment was infested with cockroaches and bugs and after many attempts to leave because of it they never delt with the problem. The gate is always broken, so why do I have to pay for a gated community when it's been broken for 6 months. They gym was under renovation the entire time I lived there and nothing was ever done to it. Lastly the dog park was a pit of mud. I'm so frustrated with the apartment complex and my life's been so much better not living there! Don't make a mistake by renting here! They tell you one thing and do another! The buildings have been recently painted but they need to fix the buildings not just add a new coat of paint. Don't waste time or money here!!
The staff have no sympathy towards residents. Don't recommend...
If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. We didn't get the apartment that we were promised. The floors were lifting from mold and we were told that there wasn't enough damage to get the new owners to change the floor, so we had to live there with lifting wood floor. The staff is horrible, specifically Michelle. She will tell you all these things in person but when you call to follow p, she denies everything. When I started to email her so I could have a paper trail, she would just call me instead of responding to my email. Before we moved out our AC broke. It took them almost 2 weeks to repair it and I have a baby! The service sucks. The apartments themselves are not well kept. The gate serves no purposed since people are always crashing into it and it takes WEEKS for them to fix it. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Pests, inadequate pest control, dryer always broken. Most of management is fine but Michelle is horrible-- she remembers your issue the first 7-10 times you come in but conveniently forgets just after. Maintenance will get to you but be prepared to contact them every week or two due to the poorly modeled facility. Make sure to use the maintenance portal and don't submit complaints personally. Otherwise, they'll send someone out without documentation of your request! Good luck!
Front Gate is always broken, and when it's not it stays open for so long at least 6 cars can come in behind a resident. Maintenance is excellent, always there within 1 - 3 days max depending on the issue. Management is horrible. They do not call you or email you. I one time got a notice on Friday at 6pm about a problem with my payment. They closed at 5pm, at no one there decided to reach out to us in any of the contact methods we gave them. --TLDR-- their collections department is a nightmare. Paying rent is a coin flip. I used to pay with a debit card on their online website, but was given a $15 dollar fee per transaction. Per their offices recommendation, I switched to my routing information. 4 days later, they gave me a notice (see comments about management above). After attempting to get information about this transaction, they just told me i must've entered a number incorrectly, and I owe them an additional $300 (rounding down). Since then, I have paid that fee, 2 months later I'm still locked out of their online system "per management's discretion", and now have to add up what I owe them myself, get a money order, and hand deliver it to someone in the office. Am I the only person that finds this absurd? Other than that, being between a highway and a busy road has it's advantages and disadvantages. My advice? Don't move here.
I love living in this community. I have lived here two years and have found the staff is friendly and the property is well-maintained. Walls can be thin at times, if you had a noisy neighbor it could be a pain. Food truck days monthly as well as pizza at the gate days.
Pine Harbour apartments are nice and well kept. The staff is friendly and the community is pretty quite. Very pet friendly community and has excellent views of lakes/ponds. It does take a while to get maintenance done though.
