The new management company is doing their best, but these apartments are simply too highly priced for what we actually get. The construction of some rooms has been clearly rushed from day one, there are constant maintenance issues with the doors that definitely cause issues with ADA compliance, and we don't even get recycling anymore because the problem residents couldn't be identified. If monthly rent was dropped by $200 across the board, at minimum, it'd start to feel more in line with the quality of the apartments. They're not bad by any means, but they are not deserving of the premium they're currently being charged at.

The apartment looks beautiful. I wish it had an A/C unit. It gets really hot, especially on a nice day. And one of our keys to the apartment doesn't work which is frustrating because we just moved in.

Nice Apartments, I love that the island counter in the kitchen is on wheels so that it can adjust. The thing I think could improve is having an area for guest parking, and a spot to unload for people to move in front of the buildings they are in. Having a single door to get through to access the building, or a proxy for both doors, when the handicap access isn't working. Better proxy Fobs for accessing doors when your hands are full. Love that there is a gym, and outdoor rec areas. Love all the animals around. People are friendly. I do not need an email sent every time someone signs a form, important information gets lost.

So far move in has gone pretty well. We had a few hiccups with assigned parking spaces and the actual apartment not being totally ready. Some cabinets missing their bottoms and baseboards etc. But overall it's been a good experience. They are clean, welcoming and friendly.

The overall experience is good, however I do have an issue with how unkempt things have been of late. Doors not working correctly, recycling building up in the mail room, packages not being properly delivered, loud neighbors (it sounds like my upstairs neighbor suplexes the ground at least five times a night it shakes my apartment), weed smell every night, garbage left in hallways, dogs barking (i live by the dog park so i expected that), animals messes not being cleaned up by owners in hallways elevators and stairwells. More of a complaint of the residents than the place itself but still needs to be said.

I've had a lot of issues here regarding my rent and apt so idk I like it but not love it. There are a lot of fees for things I believe you shouldn't have when paying such high rents such as parking everyone should have 1 free parking. The constant staff charges is a lil annoying. But I must say this staff is better .

Despite the constant new management, they have all been great. I like maintenance. They are quick, kind and very professional. This place is nice aesthetically however, there are a few downfalls. Price increases. It’s so expensive to live here. They over charge on everything including parking and hidden amenity fees. They increase rent every lease renewal between 5%-20%, which is wild. They have also added fees every year I have lived here. t’s not management, it’s the owner. It seems greedy and inconsiderate so, I will not be continuing my lease. I recommend this place if you are wealthy. I make almost 70k annually and I can barely get by in a 1 bedroom.

The apartments are good and the new management company is putting a lot more effort in (or has more resources) than the prior one. The only major concern is that rent prices will, if they continue to rise, outstrip the value of the location and the income of some of us residents.
