Piedmont House

We are very happy residents! Everything is well maintained (thanks to a great team!) and there are always interesting activities for the community. Great location, also.

We moved in early September. The building and people managing it onsite are great.

PH is a great building and seems so far to be a great community.

Nice , wonderful concierge , very very safe . Great pool and fitness center . A tad expensive

Very nice so far! Everyone has been super nice and accommodating, the rooms are very clean. The view is great, the gym is nice. The coffee is solid.

Recently moved into my apartment and my experience was great. My appointment to pick up my keys was not scheduled with the reservation of the service elevator but the leasing agent was very kind to come in earlier to make sure I had my keys in time. My unit was very clean which I was almost surprised how clean it was. I'm a very particular person but the condition of the apartment was very good.

I’ve only been here for a few days, but so far it’s been a wonderful, luxury experience! Shane and Anita are so friendly and will help you with anything you need. Corey from maintenance is also so efficient and helpful.

Everyone has been so helpful and nice! Move in process was super easy! Leasing office and all the different people working the concierge desk have been great as well! So far, have been really enjoying the weight room and looking forward to start enjoying the pool amenities soon!

Safe, quiet, nice secret that is right across the street from Piedmont Park.

Great community, beautiful modern apartments and maintenance staff that make life easy

Apartment and amenities (e.g., gym, pool, club room, etc.) are first class. Apartment location is prime for all things midtown atlanta / buckhead and downtown neighborhoods. Leasing office and maintenance requests are a bit disorganized.

This is the best renting experience I have had in Atlanta! Piedmont House has a gorgeous community, amazing floor plans (especially on the 7th floor), and, most importantly, a group of distinctive staff who always make me feel at home and cared for!

This building is beautiful but so poorly managed. First it took a month to fix my heat during winter. Then during this time frame they entered my apartment with no warning while I was sleeping. Super disturbing as a single woman. I also recently asked them for assistance and they never got back to me. I waited in the lobby twice for 30 minutes. Then recently I had to cancel my housekeeping service because concierge couldn’t figure out the guest key situation. While daytime concierge is great, whoever is hired at night is never around. I’ve come home late many times to no one at the desk.

Fantastic place to live! Welcoming staff and clean lobby. Great amenities, including cold towels and protein bars in the gym. The finishes in the apartments are very high end, such as closet built ins and soft closed drawers and cabinets.

Piedmont house is more than an apartment complex. The property advertises to Penthouse quality amenities. This is true to its word and these are some of the best quality apartments in the area as far as the amenities inside the unit, the floor plans and the layout at size of the units. Proximity to Piedmont Park makes it really enjoyable for outdoor activity and living an active lifestyle.

My boyfriend lives here and the staff has always bee so nice to me every time I visit. The apartment is beautiful and I absolutely love the area. We are looking at a larger floorplan in the building when his current lease ends.

The leasing agent and manager both helped me find places that would fit my many requirements. They were so helpful, understanding and nice. I love this apartment, the staff, and the location.

I think this property is great as is. Out of the apartment buildings in midtown this is hands down the best building I’ve seen or looked at. Feels more like a condo than an apartment. The staff is extremely professional and helpful giving a true 5 star experience.

The maintenance team here at Piedmont House is always present to provide fast, friendly attention to all common areas and any maintenance issues in our residence.

Piedmont House is a hidden gem in the heart of Midtown Atlanta! We’ve lived here for nearly a year and plan to stay. It is within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, museums, gardens and adjacent to Piedmont Park. It’s also near the Beltline which is then an easy stroll (bike or scooter ride) to Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and other fun venues. Piedmont House has beautiful facilities that are well-maintained. Concierge is 24/7 and all of them are welcoming. The leasing staff brought us in and also keeps us here (Shanise, Kelly, and now Courtney). Gerard and Clinton are professional and responsive to any maintenance request big or small. Come check it out - you won’t regret it!

Great building, high quality staff, friendly/thoughtful residents

We love living at Piedmont House. The proximity to the park is our favorite feature, followed by the views of Midtown and downtown from our apartment, and the view of the park, Stone Mountain, and Buckhead from the Penthouse outdoor area. The parking garage is great. Very safe, and the spaces are large and plentiful. The fitness area is fantastic.

If you are just as meticulous about your apartment community search as I was, then look no further. Seriously! Piedmont House deserves each and every stellar review under its belt. Ive had such an amazing experience living here thus farfrom the staff, to the amenities, to the locationand I am really looking forward to renewing (as long as it remains affordable). I hail from NYC, so its very important that I feel at home away from home. I feel truly fortunate to have come across Piedmont House when I did! Big thanks to Kelly, Mondrea, Darius, Girard and Clinton for helping me settle into my new home early this year!

Piedmont House has exceeded all expectations. The amenities are excellent and always kept in working order and immaculate condition. I am renewing my lease for the third time, and am going on my 4th year of residency.

Piedmont House is a very nice residential building and is generally maintained better than most other area buildings.

There has been a change management in the last few months and the new management is really great and very responsive making this place an great place to live at.

We have a friendly group of residents and a clean, comfortable place to live here at Piedmont House.

Building is nice , Maintanance is excellent , but community manager was very immature , rude and unprofessional in handling her client tenants

I have lived here now for two years and can't say enough great things about my home and the community. The fixtures are top of line- condo grade materials. I never hear my neighbors! Very dog friendly- my pup Hillary loves all the attention :) Big shout out to Tabitha and the Conceirge team- they make me feel welcome every time I come thru the front door. They do an amazing job organizing all the packages that are delivered for the residents. The management team also supportive and accessible. Having Piedmont Park as your backyard is priceless.

Spectacular building with wonderful amenities that are complemented by a very professional and courteous team. Every experience from the first visit and tour to the daily interactions with everyone in the building has been positive. We love it.
