Welcome Home to Stocker Gardens. This unique property might be right for you and your pooch or kitty. We are a community of long-time residents who appreciate having our own pet park to play and exercise our DOG:). THIS IS NOT A LOUD PARTY BUILDING and we all like it that way. This 18 unit 2 level property sits on an acre of land so residents can freely roam and possibly enjoy gardening as a community, or just plant flowers by their front door area. We are located in Prime North Glendale above Glenoaks, away from the traffic and busy ness of the Americana at Brand. Close freeway access to 5/210/134, minutes to the studios, downtown, entertainment, retail, markets, gas, banks, eateries, Trader Joes and Starbucks is just down the Street. This area is centrally located and equidistant to Orange County/West Los Angeles/Malibu. This classic mid-fifties Retro building won’t necessarily “WOW” you from the street and we don’t have a spa, Latte coffee bar, or Jacuzzi, but we do have some cozy affordable renovated units, friendly management and nice neighbors. MUST SEE INPERSON AS PICTURES DON'T REFLECT THE FEEL OF THIS PROPERTY Our units offer: beautifully polished real oak floors, quality dual pane windows with privacy glass where needed, attractive window treatments and easy pull-down blinds, tons of closet space, freshly painted walls, separate eat-in kitchen (no cramped galleys), lovely European and/or American quality porcelain tile floors in kitchen and bathroom. We don’t use cheap imported ceramic as it cracks and is not as strong. Quartz, granite or retro tile counters, high-quality stainless-steel appliances—gas oven/stove, garbage disposal, (recessed lighting and fridge in some units). No ugly vertical blinds. Nice size living room, lots of natural light, bedrooms are average size. Air conditioning in living room and some in bedroom also. Two laundry rooms with new equipment and low cost to use. Tub/shower combination with attractive vanity and lighting. Kohler toilet. Walk-in showers in other units. Easy access outdoor parking near unit, or covered parking with storage (additional $50/month). Most units are far from street noise, and about half our residents have small pets. 30lbs or less/certain breeds only/will consider older pure breed labs/goldens to enjoy their golden years here.
