Residents of Morgantown can visit the university's Core Arboretum, which is free and open to the public. Residents can also cheer on the West Virginia Mountaineers at various sports events. The Mountaineers compete in NCAA Division I as part of the Big 12 Conference.

I love being a tenant at Perilli Apartments! Being that this is my husband and I's first home together, we could not have asked for better service, more reliable/trustworthy landlords, and top-tier living spaces at great price points. Living at Killarney Drive, we are close to major Morgantown landmarks (i.e. WVU Health Sciences, Ruby Memorial Hospital, University Town Center, great restaurants, etc.). Gene and Brad are the best and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in and around the Morgantown area!
