Property Ratings at Perch
Do not move here unless you want to tip toe around your apartment. Minimal noise and my downstairs neighbor would bang on her cieling (my floor). Happened more than 3 times and was never resolved. Never got an actual noise complaint from noise, just from walking around my apartment.

I have recently moved in, and everything has been great! I submitted a maintenance request in the morning, and it was completed by the afternoon, same day!
Moving in here was such a a great decision. It is so peaceful here, the apartment and property is beautiful, and the leasing staff have been nothing but wonderful. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to live here.

Moved to Perch in January and have been very pleased with the apartment complex. The amenities are so nice and well-kept, and the entire complex feels very safe which is something that is important to me! The maintenance and leasing office are all very nice, and easy to communicate with.

Living at the Perch has honestly been one of my best apartment experiences. The management goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and the maintenance team responds quickly and comes in with a smile to help. The community itself is absolutely stunning from the coffee/wine bar/restaurant on-site, to the trails throughout the complex. The residents are really friendly and there are a lot of fellow dog owners too! I also value being walking distance from a grocery store and close enough to downtown that it's not too far of a drive when I feel like going out, but it's far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful.

Perch is just straight up cool. Like if you live here, you’re cool. Apartments, Landscaping and Amenities are cool, leasing staff (Hannah especially) are all cool. Golden Hour is expensive, but cool. It’s both a prime location for the South Austin experience, and a quiet getaway from loud city life.

Perch has been the easiest move in process to far! I love living here and the people at the office as well as the residents are incredibly friendly and helpful. I also love that Golden Hour (Cafe & Wine Bar) is less than 5 minutes away and the food and drink selection is 10/10. Love calling Perch my home!

Perch is a beautiful green space located in the best part of south Austin with much to do within the immediate area, the community is a great place for my dog to walk and enjoy as well as a nice quiet green space to call my sanctuary. Office staff is professional and friendly. I can’t imagine anywhere else in austin I’d prefer to call my home.

Perch is an amazing complex with really great management. This complex also is very well-built and aesthetically pleasing. The residents that are living here seem like great people. They made sure that you are getting what you are paying for.

Perch is a quickly growing into a gorgeous community! The unit designs are functional and stylish. Even while still in co-existing mode with construction - I'm so very pleased that every staff member from the leasing office to the construction team is so wonderful!

The overall experience at the Perch apartments is absolutely extraordinary, almost like a hidden gem, not too far from downtown, easy access to highways, close to a lot of things to do! the leasing office squad is top-tier extraordinary, supportive, very communicative, kind hearted and positive vibes all around! The maintenance team is filet mignon grade a quality, they’re definitely on top of everything! The vibes here at perch are everything! I'm excited for this beautiful new community! Everyone in the office has been super nice and responsive. I was finally able to view an apartment and I love the interiors and two toned cabinets! They even have a coffee and wine bar! So stoked for my new home.
