The team at Perch is awesome, everyone who works in the office is super nice as well as the maintenance staff. Even though I have had a few issues since moving in, I was out of hot water for a few days during the winter. The WiFi has gone in and out and this area has no service without it. The team communicates with you and I can’t say that for a lot of my past experiences.

This is one of those rare communities where the staff actually care about their jobs and tenants. Aside from being friendly and professional, they are very efficient and reliable. You really rarely need maintenance but when you do they're quick to respond, always professional and friendly and always get the job done. We can't honestly find anything to complain about. It's an apartment complex, so of course you're going to run into "apartment complex" issues, but nothing extreme, and this place feels safe, especially with the security patrols at night. Thanks to the staff for keeping this place running smoothly! We really like living here and have no plans to move any time soon. Cheers!

Do not move here unless you want to tip toe around your apartment. Minimal noise and my downstairs neighbor would bang on her cieling (my floor). Happened more than 3 times and was never resolved. Never got an actual noise complaint from noise, just from walking around my apartment.

Moved to Perch in January and have been very pleased with the apartment complex. The amenities are so nice and well-kept, and the entire complex feels very safe which is something that is important to me! The maintenance and leasing office are all very nice, and easy to communicate with.

Perch is an amazing community to live in! It feels like one big family. All the leasing girls are absolutely amazing, along with Gloria the housekeeper and both maintenance men. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly.

Living at the Perch has honestly been one of my best apartment experiences. The management goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and the maintenance team responds quickly and comes in with a smile to help. The community itself is absolutely stunning from the coffee/wine bar/restaurant on-site, to the trails throughout the complex. The residents are really friendly and there are a lot of fellow dog owners too! I also value being walking distance from a grocery store and close enough to downtown that it's not too far of a drive when I feel like going out, but it's far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful.

Perch is just straight up cool. Like if you live here, you’re cool. Apartments, Landscaping and Amenities are cool, leasing staff (Hannah especially) are all cool. Golden Hour is expensive, but cool. It’s both a prime location for the South Austin experience, and a quiet getaway from loud city life.

Beautiful, Friendly, Safe

I love living at Perch! Everyone from the staff to the residents, both human and furry, are very friendly! The management was incredibly supportive throughout the leasing process and moving in. The property is well-maintained, and the service department is very responsive.

Perch has been the easiest move in process to far! I love living here and the people at the office as well as the residents are incredibly friendly and helpful. I also love that Golden Hour (Cafe & Wine Bar) is less than 5 minutes away and the food and drink selection is 10/10. Love calling Perch my home!

Perch is a beautiful green space located in the best part of south Austin with much to do within the immediate area, the community is a great place for my dog to walk and enjoy as well as a nice quiet green space to call my sanctuary. Office staff is professional and friendly. I can’t imagine anywhere else in austin I’d prefer to call my home.

Beautiful New Constuction!

I'm excited for this beautiful new community! Everyone in the office has been super nice and responsive. I was finally able to view an apartment and I love the interiors and two toned cabinets! They even have a coffee and wine bar! So stoked for my new home.
