The staff is so helpful, I love the manager (Mr.Keith) he is very helpful. The studios are a nice size and the floor plan actually made sense, not just an open room.
Very disappointing experience. They charged me extra fees and refused to return my deposit, claiming I damaged the carpet — even though I was rarely at home and barely used it. Be cautious, as they will try everything possible to charge you additional money.
This Apartment is a good choice. They have a friendly and accommodating office staff. What I like it here because of the gated set up, It feels like more safe. Nearby Groceries, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Malls are available.
Great community, friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, no complaints! Perfect space for anyone living alone. And it is conveniently close to everything you would need. I just wish there was a fan in the “bedroom” lol
Greetings, I've been living in the Peppertree community comfortably for three years. I am a retired senior citizen, who feels safe every single day. The management is extremely friendly and very responsive towards any concern which needs to be addressed. Since moving into PepperTree, compared to other properties is truly a blessing! The front office staff has great customer service, and maintenance is always on top of any maintenance request I place in. During Hurricane Ida is when I truly noticed this was the place for me. The complex manager Tiffany and her staff came out to grill food for all the residents! This may seem small, but other complex were more concerned about their residence cleaning their refrigerator. However PepperTree was making sure their residence had food to eat after the storm passed! I’m grateful for the staff here and would recommend this as a wonderful place to reside to anyone !
Crystal is awesome, she listens to the tenants and handles the problem professionally. She's not Condescending when speaking with tenants and is very respectful. Thank you Crystal!! I stayed there for 2 years. I loved the location of the complex. Very close to all the restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone was very helpful. Great place to live!
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the apartments are okay. But seriously, find somewhere else to live. The staff is TERRIBLE, no customer service, they lost my rent check one month, are unorganized, and I hate having to deal with them. The maintainence staff is creepy and i didn’t feel comfortable near them. They came into my apartment to fix a leak that was affecting someone on the 1st floor. They made a whole in the ceiling of my bathroom and covered it with a cheap flimsy piece of wood. I’ve been getting bugs ever since they did this. I’ve called several times to get maintenance to fix the patch and they never came. The locks on my door have broken multiple times. It’s not a good place to live
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PEPPERTREE APARTMENTS! AGAIN, STAY AWAY! This place has by far been the worst ever. The customer service is hands down the worse I've seen in my young life. I have traveled a lot! I'm not talking just apartments. I'm talking out of restaurants, hotels, and others. The worst service ever! I have tried to refrain from being so negative. Today was the last straw. I came home to the air conditioning unit sitting on my bed. My air conditioner broke and he was there I fix it. Had I not been off today. I would have never known. This has to be the dumbest maintenance guy on the planet. The question is who trained him? If he's doing it there has to be others. I went to complain to the manager and she gave me. $3.00 laundry card. I went back to ask for $6.00 to wash all of my bedding. She gave me an attitude. Literally all I wanted was to wash all of my bedding. I never swore at them or caused a scene. I went to their corporate office and was old I would get a call. No call yet. That's just the last straw. I asked the managers to come fix my screen for my window. That was four months ago. Still not fixed. I will post pictures and everything. Again, please do not move here. I know it's cheap, but invest wisely. Trust me I know how hard times are. I work in higher education. Please just invest that extra $50 to live else where. This is not for all Tonti properties. This is just for "Peppertree Apartments." Just find another property.
Someone was getting into my apartment. Management was aware and attempted to turn it as if I was allowing someone access to make mainteanence request . Complex did not notify me that a non occupant was making calls in regards to my apartmen .
I love my apartment,i been residing here since 2006,its a place i can truly call home.Its located in one of Metairie's most quieter neighborhood.Its a studio apartment with the cutest floor plan,that comes with all kitchen appliances,plenty of closet space,thats two walk in closet space,even though i uses one as a pantry . outside has a beautiful poolside,lots of lovely landscape,with a spacious washroom on site.The staff is always there to meet every need,any problems that may come up,its resolve at the blink of an eye,the groundkeepers and neighbors are just as nice.I guess thats why i've been here for 9 1/2 years,and i'm glad i chose Peppertree Apts.and chosed to recommended it to my family and friends,whom also are residents of this community anx Apartment complex.
If i am writing a pepper tree review, it's an okay apartment
