Property Ratings at Pepper Tree Ranch
I lived in this complex for six months from January - June 2020 and it was a horrible living experience all around. We were constantly fighting with management. Very poorly run and they could not get a single thing right. They clearly didn’t think about the people living there. It was advertised as “upgraded electrical” but we were getting black outs weekly. They also told me they were going to have to tear down my bedroom wall and make a pony wall so it could pass inspection as a one bedroom instead of a two bedroom. It was all totally absurd. We were jerked around from the minute we inquired and I advise everyone to stay far away from Crescent Canyon Management.
