It is a great place to live, safe with the gate and patrol at night. The staff was very helpful and informative. The apartments are clean and in awesome conditions with great renovations, they all include a private balcony and your own washer dryer which is super convenient! I definitely see myself living here for another couple of years

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff and the office staff was wonderful. I had questions about my contract and the office staff educated me on certain things and I was very grateful for that. The location was great for me and my family, it was quiet and a family friendly atmosphere. My neighbors were great too. I wish I lived there longer but I had to move out of state due to my husbands job. You won’t regret living here! It’s so cozy, people are nice and community is quiet and peaceful.

This property offers amazing amenities as well as friendly staff members who are always available when you need them. The apartments are super comfortable and very well-kept. I would definitely recommend living at Pepper Cove to everyone.
PROS: The apartment is well appointed with a washer and dryer and it is a gated community. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Kendall and close to shopping and restaurants. CONS: 1. Walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor use the toilet. 2. The parking situation is a big issue. I work nights sometimes and come home to find the only parking available is 2 blocks away. After a long day on my feet, the last thing I want to do is walk that far. That could be easily remedied if the complex assigned 1 parking spot per apartment close to the buildings and then if tenants have additional cars, those could be parked further away, in my opinion.
My appartment is to small for my big family the walls are papper thin sonyou can hear all your neighbor And what you pay is way to much for what you get. . . . . .
I need something bigger cheaper and more modern it is way to small its like living in a box and I only have a couple weeks to decide if I am going to move or not
Pepper Cove is very nice community right in the middle of West Kendall literally across the street or around the corner from restaurants, grocery stores, banks, etc.. The apartments are very nice and the management staff is top. Service requests are handled within 24 hours and community is very friendly. Appliances in the apartments are very old and not energy efficient; however, they are being upgraded as people move out.
