Property Ratings at Pennview Apartments

Don't rent here
I lived there for 9 years and it went downhill once it was purchased in 2015. The repairs are cheap and ineffectual and needed to be repeated. The roof was not repaired and my requests were ignored constantly over the course five years causing me to move out after the last time it collapsed. I MOVED OUT 3 months ago and the landlord has not answered my repeated requests for the return of my deposit.
