Property Ratings at Pennbrooke
Pennbrooke is a community. Prior to COVID, they always had holiday parties for the renters, and made us feel like one big family. I'm not sure if Yolanda is still there, but she was an amazing landlord. There is a nice indoor pool, a movie theater room, grills to BBQ on and a party room. The laundry rooms are kept clean and I never had an issue with not being able to find an open machine. The thing I really miss about living there is checking out movies from the office, they have a wide assortment to choose from. It was kind of like going to rent a redbox movie... but it was FREE. I loved my time at Pennbrooke and I'm sure you will too.
