I already paid for the application and administration fee and they said it will takes 3-5 days to move in then I came back to the office then they said it needs 2 weeks to finish checking our background after 2 weeks they said due to our international renters they will take longer and I am trying to contact them everyday to make sure the move in date and the didn’t give me any certain date they just asked me to wait and we also try to reach out by email but it was too slow respond. It’s my first worst excperience being an international renters eventhought we already sent all the documents that they needed. They act like they didn’t responsible with their job.

Garbage is always all over the complex, the neighbors all blast music and ridiculous times of the day, management wont answer their phone calls or emails, getting repairs done is close to impossible, you have to pay for trash and sewer and electric in the common areas and water and even your mailbox, apartments are poorly upkept and even the paint-jobs are poorly done and peel away easily.

For one the new owners have lied in the listing above. They do not have a basketball court on site the closest ones are at the park across the street. The hot water they speak of is not instant, it takes a full minute to get hot and it's short lived. They also decided to rip out all the pretty trees and grass in front of the units to replace with rock that the kids kick all over the place. All we hear is people having sex, kids watching TV and screaming, and people bumping their music all night long. They decided to charge everyone for utilities over $100 a month NOT including the monthly rent. The office hours mean nothing, the girls in the office don't answer the phone no matter what time it is, yet when I go down to talk to them in person they're playing on their personal phone. We've had a plumbing problem for two weeks they can't seem to fix and refuse to properly clean their units so no matter how clean you keep it you WILL have cockroaches. They offer to spray but they are in the walls and under the flooring, and have said the spray will have no effect on them. There's mold in the fiber glass insulation that they are not replacing, just putting new outside panel over. They claim the appliances are all new but I've seen the maintenance take the appliances to their she'd to fix up and put other parts on and put them back in the unit without cleaning them down. The rooms are not large, they're average size rooms. They are so quick to push charges onto their residents but don't even hold up the community rules like quiet time or keeping the area clean. And we've wasted over $20 trying to fry our clothes in these dryers yet they're still soaked, you call the number on the dryer, they say they have someone come out and fix it but I try and use it again and once again my clothes are damp. This place is not peaceful nor is it worth the money they charge you.

Please let us know if you do not see improvement. I am sorry to hear that you feel like we have not been accessible during office hours. I think you will find that we are not closed very often unless we do not have enough people to stay open during a lunch break. And although we do miss calls during busy times, we do check voice mail and will return your call same day if you leave us a message. For the rest of your complaints, please come and speak with me, the manager, directly. I want to be sure we address all of these to your satisfaction.
I lived there for 5 years. Mold came after living there a month. Cockroaches, a gang member lives in the complex. Someone was robbed at knifepoint in the laundryroom. Also neighbors smoked weed and the smoke would lift through the door.
My wife and I and put new born daughter lived there for less then a year and it was absolutely horrible. You have people down stairs that didn’t care about anyone else then themselves, we told management (nick and his wife) about these issues over and over again and nothing was done. We did call the cops many times and nothing was done. Marijuana Smell coming from next door into our house with a newborn. Loud music all night long! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN LIVE, BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
i love living here it is a great environment!!!Never had a problem with anything.. i recomend these apartments 100%. the managment is great. i love the fact that it is right in front of a park.
The apartment I found, I fell in love with at first sight, it fits my personality completely. I feel like this apartment is much better than my first apartment should be. Its unique and full of character. The only down fall is that I'm right next to the freeway, but that's really the only one...I would love to be able to stay here but rent is really tough on me considering I'm a first year student in college. This would be a complete blessing!
It's a nice I'm in apartment and still needs a Lotta work to be done but if you need place they don't have a lot of money's been good the path don't worry the pool hasn't worked for three years the managers there was a Close by there is a park and the hospital clinic and Boys and Girls Club
