The community is very beautiful and they are new buildings but they must be better in the maintenance part cleaning and order of the common use areas such as the pool outdoor social areas barbecues green areas and grass and the lighting and security of the back parts of the parking lots since people who do not live here are coming to leave vehicles in the parking lots they must put security gates a single entrance and the other 2 that are only exit

Good floor plans and good community. The moving could be a little tiring if you are moving to third floor. Other than that, it’s a great place.

I like it it's attractive, well maintained and a very friendly staff. If you need anything the staff is readily available. The appartments are in good condition especially mine it was new and I'm still loving it. Love the community and the conveniences of all local shops. Neighbors however need to be considerate of picking up after their dogs and even when at the dog park. It is not enjoyable to bring a dog full of crap. They provide us with FREE bags so baje use of them!

The complex itself is fine. The issue is the residents and their kids and the office not doing anything in regards to property being disrespected

The area is nice but the apartments are kind of cheaply made. The walls are paper thin. But overall, the complex is nice and I happen to have the best neighbors.

we moved in 4 months ago and so far, so good! neighbors are decently quiet and i can’t hear anything but the occasional door slam. the reviews mentioning being able to hear conversations and such really confuse me lol! we can’t even hear our neighbors dogs barking or anything! the maintenance here is great as well, and responds quickly. the only problem we’ve run into so far is someone in our building must be letting their dog use the bathroom on the balcony, and the smell is awful, preventing me from being able to enjoy my own balcony. but other than that this has been a good place to live!

Staff is very hard to get ahold of and emails go un responded to. Also super inconvenient to have to try to remember who’s even in the office anymore especially when the portal isn’t updated with correct contact information.

Quiet and secluded for being in the open. The wind will be interesting in the summer but my interest is a quiet place to work, live and work on my tan. The flat landscape is great for watching storms come. Though not dark enough for the real study of the night sky.

I love this community it is great but the walls are thin and you can hear conversions from your neighbors. Also one of the things is that the hall ways and staircase are always dirty and no one has cleaned since this place was opened. Your mail package are stolen from the mail room with no one knowing what to do. I reported to the police but nothing can be done because the camera in the mailroom only records for a certain amount of time. This is a good community and the rooms are amazing that there is always room for improvement.

I enjoy living here!! This is a pretty calm neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly. People are always outside walking at all hours, showing how safe they feel. The club house and amenities rock! Only 2 issue I have that aren’t really the companies fault, is people leave dog poop everywhere (big thumbs down) and people’s music being loud right by my window when the park.

Nice apartment complex but they do not have anyone maintaining the cleanliness of the hallways of the building. There were a few things that needed to be adjusted in my apartment but that’s expected with a new build.

Overall, the units are built horrible. I was the first tenant of this unit at this new build complex and there are so many dings, imperfections and corners cut. Walls are extremely thin. I can clearly hear full conversations from all my neighbors, including upstairs. Strict no smoking policy is not well enforced, smoke smell (and literal smoke) from other units fills my apartment. Maintenance said “my air filter needed to be replaced” … in the unit that was built 3 months prior…right. I have had to replace all 4 of my tires and multiple patches as well as a broken car window. No cameras on property to see what happened. I have lived here for 6 months. Painfully waiting for this lease to end.

It's great living here. The community is neat and beautiful. Neighbors are good, there isn't to much banging or noises between walls. Love the pool area here!

Good Community. It's close to Hashtag restaurant. Indian grocery store is nearby. Apartments are newly constructed and great place to live here.

Nice complex! The building I'm in (building 2) is very quiet. The amenity center is very warm and inviting. The nice gym is a plus. Staff has been very helpful with all of my needs.

Been good , walls are just very thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing above you, it’s a nice place but anything built by DR HORTON you can expect quality issues.

Recently moved to ascend so far everything is Good and friendly front desk helping staff. Only concern is parking and fridge (hoping to have big double door )

All is great but neighbors need to do better with curbing their pets and that dog park is not where I would take my dog. The one time I tried there was poop all over. Overall the community is decent.

Nice community with great pool, Fitness area, Dog wash room complete with Shampoo and towels, outdoor sitting area, outdoor Grilling stations , Garages etc. Very well lighted outside each building. There also a Dog park area!
