The maintenance team has always responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. I have lived at Patriot's Pointe Apts for 10 years.
This has been the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Hillsborough is a wonderful town and convenient to absolutely everything. The staff here and the people who live here are friendly and the staff goes out of their way to promote a community feeling. I enjoy the work out room and being able to wash our car here is an added bonus.

Patriots Pointe is a great place to live. The property is well maintained, it is lighted well at night for security, and the management team is great. Patriots Pointe is close to many restaurants, parks and community activities along with good schools...... and for those who work at UNC Hospital Hillsborough, it is a 6 minute drive!. No need to fight the traffic on the interstate.

Have enjoyed my time here,moved in with my husband Bruce we really loved it, I have since lost him but continued to stay due to thelocation and due to having someone to take care of lawn care and maintenance, I have made many friends here and I am close to my family.i hopefully will stay if I can continue to take care myself health is bad and if prices don't go up too high.

i have put in 2 maintenance orders in for the throw up on the stairs and wall on building 900 going up to the third floor. all that was done was water being thrown on it and it’s still very nasty and moldy

Amazing staff, responds to service calls very quickly. My oven wasn’t working when I first moved in, but someone came to fix it within 6 hours. Never had such a short response time before. The grounds are very well kept and everyone I have met so far has been lovely! Also having a pool onsite makes all the difference.

Wonderful staff, quiet neighborhood, great amenities! We were drawn to these luxury apartments because of the lower level, handicap accessible unit. Although we would typically need a 3 bedroom, the 2 bedrooms are large enough to accommodate two adults and two young boys.

It hasn't been bad out here but occasionally you will see trash and here the neighbors outside talking late hours. Which makes it hard to sleep and annoying when you have to wake early for work.

Overall a decent place to live. Complaints do not get dealt with any urgency. Maintenance staff is awesome. Seamless move in process. The amenities are really outdated.

I really enjoyed living here when I wasn't handicapped and confined to my apt. I really don't like the packages being delivered to the office. I can't go up there to get them. I'm afraid of falling due to my condition. I fall in my apartment and don't want that happening outside. So, to get my packages I have to rely on someone from the office to bring them to me because of some rule that's in place for them to be delivered to the office. Every now and then the delivery people leave them at my door.

Spacious apartment homes with lots of natural sunlight. Quiet community with friendly residents. The office staff are phenomenal! I'm new to the neighborhood and my move in process was easy and quick, and everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful! Overall just a seamless experience! We love it here!

Patriots Pointe is an amazing place to live. I have had nothing but a great experience at this community. They have made a lot of improvements over the past year or so and as a long term resident, I will absolutely be renewing my lease here. It’s close to hiking trails and tucked away off of the main area. Such a cute place!

The staff at Patriots Pointe was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. I was under a move in time constraint and thankfully they worked together like a well oiled machine and got me into my apartment in less than 2 days. The apartment itself is a 2 bedroom and it had just been renovated. It is spacious and was clean upon my move in date. They even have treats at the front office for my pup!

It has been a pleasure living in this community. Exceeded my expectations. The community team and the maintenance team has been fantastic. The community is nice and clean and has excellent amenities such as gym, swimming pool, children's play area, dog park, etc.

Patriots Pointe Pit! This complex has bad construction, is unsafe, and bad management. Do not move here! I’ve been here 9 months with police on the scene a lot, car break-ins, stolen cars, kids knocking on doors for fun, roof repairs on a roof that is only 2 years old. Latest is the sprinkler head reinstall. Fire inspection called for new ones due to partial painting over. Last apartment complex I lived in twice as old had the same problem, but every inspection in 5 years DID NOT call for new ones. Here they cut big pieces of drywall out of the ceiling! Problem is the original construction locked them down so they could not be unscrewed. This was not disclosed! The work was described as ‘sprinkler repairs’ only. Next came the ceiling patching and painting. A day’s work turned into 4 days. Shoddy repairs done from a company hired out of Charlotte 2 hours away. Cracks in the discs behind the sprinkler heads, same molding rings used instead of new ones, some are titled, some a quarter to a half inch hanging down from the ceiling. Patched ceiling contains ripples in the patched areas. Maintenance did nothing to tell the truth! That is not all but should be enough to say ‘no’ to Patriots Pointe.

It is a great place to live. I feel safe and the apartments are clean, quiet, and designed well. With with a few improvements I think it would be a perfect place to call home. 4.5 stars

It’s been a great four years so far, the best have been since Greystar has been the new owners. They make it feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. They interact with the residents, know my kids names, small things like that. They have community events and every so often arrange for food trucks and stuff. Great place to live.

I was very, very pleased with the application process, touring the apartment, and the move in process. Ms. Tori was amazing with explaining everything to me prior to move in and after move in!! My family and I love it here thus far!!!
