The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parsippany Village
These apartments are so out of date. None of the appliance work. the walls are super thin. the landlord told me i'm not allowed to wash clothes in the washer machine in my apartment after 10pm. Everyone in the complex is old or has no life always looking for way to get in your business. I was one week late on my rent due (my 1st time) to a death in the family and the landlord threatened to sue me. i believe theirs lead in the water. everytime i wash dishes they all stain really badly.
The apartments run for a cheaper rate than many in the area. However, you get what you pay for. The cheaper price is not worth the headache. 1) The apartments are very small and run down. Appliances aren’t reliable and break often. You are then made to feel guilty for asking to have it fixed. 2) The walls/floor/ceiling are VERY thin. You can hear everything your neighbor says and does. 3) When you move out, the landlord will use any excuse to take your security deposit.
