The 1914 mansion was home of the first company bottler, Joseph Biedenharn, and includes a gorgeous garden oasis and brand memorabilia from the Biedenharn family. Landry Vineyard is also a fun place to visit in town. They produce a variety of wines, pair them with cheese, and host outdoor concerts.

No management , no updates , roaches and management doesn’t care
Whenever APM managed these apartments it was wonderful. However the new management is absolute trash. This lady will sue you for every penny she can get. (Personal experience) Takes pictures of you if you leave your trash bag outside the door for 5 minutes, had my car towed all the way across town. Charged outrageous fees, and was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Would NOT recommend renting from these people.
I moved in at the beginning of the year and it has been great! They help me out with anything I need especially with maintenance. Jennifer the manager is great at communicating with me and helping me with anything I need. It is a quiet place to live and haven’t had any kind of problems!
