The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkwood Place
I've been living at parkwood place since 2007 and recently as of this past weekend moved into an updated remodeled two bedroom apartment from a one bedroom and i couldn't be happier, the price is fair and market value the people are friendly and its a quiet place to live and the town just redid the playground across the street which is awesome for the kids that live here, we have on-site laundry and also an awesome pool, the property manager Crystal is great at her job and goes above and beyond and her assistant is too, we have on-site maintenance now and since the new owners bought the complex there's been upgrades, as of now the buildings have been repainted a nice two tone color and the parking lot is getting redone also, there's been flowers planted and more upgrades to come in the future as we've been told, if you're looking for a nice affordable place to live i would definitely recommend parkwood place!
Was my first time moving and came from Illinois, was great to deal with without being in the state when setting up, however have not received deposit back nor been able to contact managers to discuss the issue. Decent rooms, decent customer service, very close to gas stations, walmart, and restaurants; down the street from mall.
Look great I like it very much for a living. Is close to my work and family members. Also is near to the shopping stres and business is exactly what I am looking for for me.
These apartments are pretty decent. I would love to live here. However, it is pretty terrible that you can't find out if you can have the apartment until the 10th of the month before! Talk about nerve racking! It's a $350 security deposit and $25 application fee so that's not too bad either.
Not a bad neighborhood. But the office staff wasn't friendly when I went to apply.
I recently moved in to Parkwood Place Apartments. I came from out of state and the manager and staff were all very kind, friendly, and accomadated me in every way that they could. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. They were also great about returning my phone calls, They are very professional and up front with all of the rules and leasing contract and have been very willing to help with any questions I have had. I am looking forward to my stay here.
i love how the manager is so positive abou her work! She is so friendly and tries to help in anyway she can. she does an awesome job about keeping the area clean. She puts her all in her work! Very Very kind. Her name is Hazel and she is very talented in all she does.
