I have lived at Parkview Estates for the past 5 years it is a quiet place to live. The management is very helpful, the maintenance personal is always willing to help fix things in a timely fashion.

I love the loft style floor plan of my apartment. It is very spacious. It’s in a nice & quiet area and close to a lot of restaurants, stores and 41. Sue was great to work with & continues to be. The maintenance department is really, really fast! My apartment feels like a private residence not part of a complex. I love it!

Throughout the years, I've lived in several apartments. Parkview has been by far the best experience. Sue, the property manager, is kind and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was fixed the same day or next business day. The apartment is updated. Lawn and snow are always well tended. It's a great location due to being quiet, but still so close to the highway. I would highly, highly recommend!

I lived here for two years in a one bedroom apartment. I have absolutely no complaints about living here. Good upkeep, quiet environment, and never had to call on maintenance once in the full two years.

My husband and I have lived at the Tri Park Villas for 4 years and are only leaving because we bought a house. The maintenance team, especially Shaun, were fantastic. Always quick when a request is put in. The management, Sue, was helpful and responsive. We felt cared for from the time we signed the lease until we left. We loved living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and conveniently located place to live. I will emphasize the quiet, never heard our neighbors which is something rare to find.

I lived here for 1 year before having to move to a bigger place and had a great experience. The location is great - safe, close to the mall and just a short drive away from downtown Appleton; the unit itself had a lot of natural light and a convenient layout. The complex management addressed all my questions and requests promptly. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years and loved it! Sue was absolutely AMAZING! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We left due to buying a home, otherwise we would have stayed! Great area, nice people, amazing management!

I currently live in the loft unit, I would say probably the most at home property I have rented yet considering i'm only 21. Provides AMAZING storage with the closets and cabinets inside along with the detached garage. Sue is very awesome and time management has been on point with her the entire stay. I have not had a single maintenance issue within my unit but i'm sure if i did, Sue and her team would be right on it. The location is also superb! 100% would totally stay if i wasn't moving into a house. You'll be in great hands living here!

Sue and her team are always there to help if you need any. Apartments never compromised on Snow cleaning and keeping the parking lot clean and safe. Stayed here for 5 years.

You are in great hands renting here! Sue and the management team are always more than willing to help and quickly responsive with helping out with repairs etc. Everything is always done in a timely manner, without being intrusive, and always respectful to your privacy. Maintenance is always great with lawn/snow removal. It's a nice, peaceful, quiet area. Never any complaints with neighbors, as everyone is quiet and respectful of each other. Overall great place to live and highly recommended!!

I am living here for almost 4 years now. Nice new looking apartments, perfectly maintained. Peaceful with Privacy. And peaceful neighborhood. Apartment management is very proactive in taking care of things before they even break. Immediate response in case of emergency and super fast action on fixing it. Apartment manager Susan is abosulutely incredible, she takes care of things like her own I could say. This place is so near to all good amenities. Also you will see lot of nature around. I am enjoying my stay here.

Nice accommodations (laundry in-unit, private entrance, garage space, etc) plus a manager that is extremely helpful and friendly! They are on top of things and communicative but not intrusive. For the price you definitely get a nice place to call home.

Sue, our property manager is on top of all of my needs, sometimes even ahead of them. For example, replacing my water heater as preventative maintenance. Any appliance that's not working properly is repaired or replaced. It's truly comforting to know that if something needs attention it will be taken care of promptly.

Sue is the best ! My husband and I are beyond impressed - You are in great hands renting here and will not be disappointed - after being here 5 years not only does Sue ensure their property is clean, tidy and well presented, but is quick to have repairs and maintain anything that goes wrong.

Beautiful surroundings and clean units. Very good maintenance program, most done the same day. Close to shopping and quiet area. We have lived here for 21 years and plan to stay.

Living in this apartment complex was THE BEST place my girlfriend and I have ever lived. From lawn care/snow removal all the way to the great manager Sue. Sue is one of the nicest and most on top of things managers we have ever meet. Everyone that lives in this complex and Tri park across the street are great people. Nice and friendly. The only reason we’re leaving is cause we’re moving out of state. 100% will move back in no matter what!

The apartments are in very nice shape and are in a quiet area. Property manager is top notch and is very responsive to questions and concerns. Soundproofing is quite good, never had an issue having to listen to my neighbors. None of my neighbors spent any real time outside so it almost felt like i had my own private yard when I would grill out and have friends over. Only left because it was time for me to buy a house otherwise I would probably still live here.

I have lived in this complex for almost 4 years. The only reason I moved out was that I bought a home; otherwise, I had no intention of moving. (I had the 2 level loft apartment) Sue the property manager is very attentive to any needs and is easily available every day of the week. The common areas are always well maintained all year round. I would strongly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Appleton area.

Sue, the landlord was very helpful in all aspects and even helped me find someone to take over my lease as I was moving for work. Great neighborhood to live in, and a great location in Appleton.

I been here for 6 years and everything is top notch. My 2 bdrm is like a small home with a great kitchen, soundproofing, and lots of storage. The manager is very personable and helpful. Repairs are done in a timely manner. You will love living here!

The lady was rude and harassed me into applying and when things fell through she wouldnt return my money.

I have been living here for 2 years and can not say anything but good. Neighbors become family, management is the BEST, they will be there for you whenever you need. It is hard to move because these apartments and management have set the absolute highest standards. Also, will never have to worry about safety and always feel at home here. 10/10

We have lived here for a year and a half now. Quiet, peaceful area with lots of wildlife and parks/stores really close by. The manager has been great and the grounds are well maintained! We will be really sad to move when we need to. The inside of our apartment is beautiful and SO spacious, we feel so safe living here with our child. The apartments are also well sound-proofed and we rarely hear anything from our next door neighbors (we also haven't gotten any complaints about us haha). I would recommend this complex to anyone in a heartbeat. Also, the company set up direct-deposit for paying rent, which means no more writing out checks and getting them in the box on time! Yay!

I moved up here from a suburb of milwaukee, I found my apt just driving around the city i absolutely love it here. I have a wooded area in my back yard and birds and wild life all over. Manager and staff are great. Very well kept and clean. I would recommend to anyone. Also very safe area.
