Property Ratings at Parkview Apartments
I lived there for 2 years. I left last month due to a mice infestation in the building. Dumpster area a health hazard. Management problems. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
The property is in a nice location compared to other parts of town. They actually fix or replace appliances that go out, it is kind of hidden, and has two entry ways. The price is fair compared to other places in Salem. It has a washer and dryer in unit which was huge!
