I've been living here at Parkside going on 5 years and my wife and I are very pleased with the staff especially Ms Cleo. The staff is always looking for ways to improve the quality of life through planned events. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance men are excellent when responding to requests.

Parkside place is a good apartment to stay. Cool and comfy. Walking trail is amazing. All happening places nearby. The management does organise small get togethers for the residents which is amazing. Management team is nice and superb. Nice stay for last 3 years. Only small feedbk is to add a small kids play area

I had an issue with the light inside my closet and I submitted a request and in less than 24 hours the maintenance man arrived to fix the flickering light. He was was professional and explained what the problem was.

Good experience here staying from last 2 years Maintenance team is fab They have lot of activities every month which is good for socialising and making new friends Overall I feel few security cameras around the campus will make a big difference esp in holiday season when car theft increases

BEWARE these guys do not send any payment reminders. Be sure to schedule your automatic payments the moment you sign your lease because they will not send you any correspondence through any means until after you’re late and then charge you an absurd late fee to punish you. I have dealt with dozens of organizations in my adult life that send you payment reminders. This is literally the first place I’ve encountered that does not. Nor do they care about the circumstances. You can guess this place is ran by people with zero humanity in order to maximize profit.

We are sorry to hear this sentiment. Our move-in letter, lease, and the monthly statement we send out, outline when rent is due and the amount due. Our lease is a purchased lease for North Carolina rental properties specifically and adheres to the state's guidelines for which rent is due on the 1st and late on the 5th. We do have many tools to help residents manage their accounts, through auto-pay or self-pay. We would be happy to review them with you again if you have questions. Our team is very much committed to the customer service aspect and would be happy to connect.

Parkside Place is a wonderful community. The community is located close to a grocery store and shopping center, which is fantastic if you need to dart over and grab anything. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and were a major factor in my decision to move here. I also love the open floor plan I have and how the natural lighting brightens up my space!

My experience at Parkside Commons Apartments is very positive. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The maintenance crews keep the grass cut nicely. There's plenty of parking and lots of restaurants in walking distance. I'm going into my 4th of living here.

When ever I have an issue with appliances or plumbing the work order is responded to quickly. I had two separate issues and the problems were completed in one visit. The response was quick and the maintenance man was professional and knowledgeable. Parkside is a great place to live.

My experience here at Parkside Place has been pleasant and peaceful. There’s a lot of convenience at the complex with the mail service and trash valet, plus the leasing staff works hard to be accommodating when working towards resolutions.

This is among the best places to stay around Southpoint and Cary area. Cost to quality ratio of the apartments is good. I specially love the open kitchen and living room layout which were hard to find at other places.

Parkside Place has great promise and a deep commitment by all who manage it or take care of its many systems which are frequently being upgraded to respond to a growing community and new expectations. For those who live here, it's your home and it's natural to want safety, peace and quiet, healthy food and even good neighbors. You can see that it's all coming together at Parkside Place.
I had a wonderful move in experience. Brittany was very professional and answered all of my questions and worked well with me, as I moved from across the state. I was worried about not being able to be there in person for some of the process, but everything went very smoothly and my move in day was amazing.

Of the apartments I've lived in, Parkside Place has been the best, by far. The location and proximity to all sorts of shops and restaurants is incredible, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the amenities are great, and the apartments are really nice, especially for how much you pay relative to other complexes in the area. The only way I could see myself leaving here is when I eventually buy a house. Highly recommend Parkside Place to all renters!
