Beautiful complex! Clean, great amenities, pleasant team!! Casey was very helpful with my move in process and answering all my questions.

You guys were very understanding and helpful with living arrangements but I do believe the situation could’ve been handled better :/

Parkside at Round Rock is an excellent place to live. It’s clean, the staff is excellent, it’s close to many restaurants, and retail stores, and the neighbors are quiet.

Lo único que no me agrada es que el edificio, las escaleras y el ascensor viven muy sucios. Sería bueno que hicieran más seguido el aseo en general y controlar que los residentes saquen la basura el día que corresponde por que a veces se acumula demasiada basura en los pasillos y dal mal aspecto al edificio, además esto genera contaminación he infecciones.

Parkside Round Rock Apartment has some of the best floor plans and the staff is stellar. They are very welcoming and patient. They have no problem answering all questions and concerns and they are extremely friendly. For the first time in years, I finally feel at home!

I love the location of Parkside Round Rock. It’s close to my job, there are numerous places to visit and restaurants to dine nearby. And the staff is awesome! Any maintenance issues are solved quickly. I have been here since September of 2020 and I hope I never have to move.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. I love how pet friendly it is and all the different events management puts on. You can tell they work hard to keep the property beautiful and safe. I would stay longer if I didn’t have the opportunity to rent a house that I just can’t pass up.

Everything about Parkside is amazing! The office staff is always cheery, the maintenance team go above and beyond, the amenities are great! Definitely recommend Parkside as a place to live!

Parkside at Round Rock is an awesome community. They are very welcoming and friendly. Providing resources and support to their residents with an unmatched rigor. Living at Parkside is/has been an awesome experience.

I am a 4th floor resident that work 12 hr shifts and this is what I have come home to, and it's an ongoing problem.... 4 story parking garage that is at max capacity, having to park a 5+ min walk away just to get to my building in 40 degree weather (this was 1 of 2 remaining spots on the ENTIRE property... front & back) I have went to the leasing office, voicing my concerns & requested a walk through of the parking garage this past week, as there are many abandoned vehicles and vehicles with expired registrations & I am looking forward to a cleanup. It has been 2 days and the vehicles are still there, so we shall see. Meanwhile, I have had a vehicle towed due to the only spot being available was a handicap spot and had to pay a $350 private property impound out of pocket as they offer no waiver when the complex was at max capacity for regular parking, and the PORR management has decided to take no ownership over the issue. It's a shame because I truly enjoyed living here up until this point. I shouldn't have to worry, as a paying resident, if I will find parking on my way home from work everyday. Tow abandoned vehicles! Stop letting guests park for a max of 3 days! Where am I to park the next time it is full again? The hotel parking lot down the street? Bass Pro Shops? Take your hard earned money to a complex that truly cares about their residents.

Move in experience was good! Thanks to Bella, Alyssa, and Valerie all my questions were answered and any maintenance issues I’ve had were taken care of quickly!

I've been here for over 3 years. I have been pleased and grateful from the very start. I highly recommend this place.

The property is beautiful with nice amenities. The gym is very big with lots of variety. The units are quite expensive compared to other apartments around and the patio space is fairly small. I was not a fan of paying extra for storage especially with it being far from my unit. The area is also pretty loud and busy. I had an issue with a break in, but keep in mind the are.There is a tight parking garage with the occasional homeless people nearby. The complex has potential but the circumstances are rough.

Not the best first day experience, apartment was not move in ready despite moving in a week after lease start date, water damage to three windows and their respective walls due to them being left open, not cleaned at all and missing appliances. I do appreciate the quick response of management and maintenance but still very unsatisfied that even a week later, the apartment looks that bad.

The current management is friendly, professional, efficient. Easy to talk to and takes care of requests promptly. We have enjoyed living here.

I have resided at Parkside Round Rock since September of 2020. I love it here. My job is close as are many retail stores and restaurants. The staff here is quick to kindly answer any questions or to take care of any issues should they arise. I highly recommend Parkside at Round Rock.

Parkside at Round Rock is a nice clean apartment community close to the outlet mall and I35.

I lived here for a year and a half and the previous company before greystar took over was pretty good. They were attentive and responsive. Greystar has ruined this complex. They never answer their phones or seem to know whats going on. They sent me a letter asking if I wanted to renew my lease after I had sent in my notice a month before. Run the other way! I had my car towed 4x and also the walls are primed but not painted? Which leaves weird marks on them often. STAY AWAY!!!!

I’m very happy with Parkside at Round Rock! I viewed many other communities and those that were comparable were over $200 with outdated fixtures, appliances, and curb appeal.

If you are a messy person this is the place for you. Make sure not to invite your friends or they will get their car towed with no warning even if you register them as your guest on your resident portal.

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greets everyone with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. It could not be better located and is surrounded by lots of shopping plaza’s, restaurants, hospitals, and schools. I just love it here!

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years now. The first year was fine but then the complex was bought by avenue 5. They replaced some of the staff and immediately turned off the security system that locks the exterior doors and tons of other terrible policy changes. I recommend staying far away.

The entire process of leasing to move in was easy. The complex is nice and clean for the most part and it’s a great place to be if you like a good location with all of the stores and restaurants you need right around the corner. The staff seems nice and helpful. All is well so far!

I am more than positive that all the five star reviews and positive talk about this apartment complex are fake. The management must be submitting them to counteract all the negative reviews. By far the worst apartment complex with management staff that can exist. For the love of everything holy, do not move here. The key fob system is broken and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Homeless people and others under the influences walk into this apartment to seek refuge, which can cause grave danger to the residents. Do not, DO NOT move here!

Apartments are okay. Workmanship was poor upon move in, felt like the office didn't really care, since move in there's been a lot of turnover and feels as if staff cares less. Getting mail or packages is a mess. Maintenance guys are friendly but busy and haven't resolved any of my requests. Like having a yard for my dog.

The Parkside at Round Rock is good place to reside and enjoy the proximity to several places.

Would not recommend. Management is awful. Complex is dirty. Feels incredibly unsafe considering RRPD or swat is there frequently.
