The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkridge
Management is abominable and the apartments are trashy and way too expensive. Most recent caper is they cut Spectrum cable for literally the entire complex without any warning or notice (lied and said they sent notice, they DIDN'T). Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. They also don't repair anything. Worst complex in the state of Tx.
These apartments are very OLD! Office staff doesnt like taking work orders. Our family went with no A/C for 5 days during the hot summer. The trash cans are always overflowing with so much trash, theirs always men drinking outside with loud music on weekends, police constantly gets called . Overall i do not recommend these aparrments to anyone
