It’s a beautiful apparent, I’m happy to stay here. All employees are very responsible and very nice behavior.when I first came here, I was really happy to see the amenities because all are new. The community is noise free and maintenance is taking care within 24 hours.

Moving into my new apartment has been a smooth and positive experience overall. From the very beginning, the leasing staff were helpful, responsive, and made the application and move-in process simple. They answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed before my move-in date. When I arrived, the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and matched what was advertised. I appreciated the attention to detail—from working appliances to freshly painted walls and a clean carpet/floor. The welcome packet and instructions provided were also very helpful. The community feels safe and quiet, which was a top priority for me. Neighbors have been friendly so far, and I’ve had no issues with noise or disturbances. Parking was easy to figure out, and I had no trouble unloading and moving in my furniture.

Change the residents. Do better vetting. People treat this place like trash. Every other day they make something in the community space broken. They smoke weed and make this place smell like marijuana.

My biggest issue is the noise from my upstairs neighbor. It’s made living here a nightmare and it’s never let up for gotten better even when I’ve addressed it with management many times. The flooring has been an obliterated by the insane level of stomping so I have to wear headphones constantly to try and get some peace and quiet. The place has gone downhill significantly since I moved in, and many of the residents are inconsiderate when it comes to shared living. The water is constantly being shut off, broken washers never being fixed so they eat your money, packages stolen and missing, and garage door breakdowns where you can’t leave or enter. The problems don’t seem to be getting fixed and the issues are getting worse. I truly regret singing a lease here.

This place sucks. It’s dirty and there’s always poop smeared on the carpets in the hallway. The washing machines are all broken currently and they constantly shut the water off. Would not recommend.

Renew Park One is one of the best communities I've lived in since moving to Minnesota. Things get fixed in a timely manner, the pool and club room are well maintained and they often have social events for residents

I definitely won’t be renewing my lease here. Utilities are wayyy over priced. Trash isn’t a flat fee and you have to pay for other people’s extra trash and furniture they leave. The trash alone can be up to $70 sometimes despite I ever only have to throw about 2-3 trash bags a month. They don’t check if dogs are aggressive before moving in and yesterday my dog was attacked while we were on our way outside. :( Management isn’t great and it’s dirty throughout the complex with literal dog poop in the carpets that go up the stairs (besides the leasing office area they make sure that’s nice and clean)

I’ve been living here a year and I haven’t had one complaint at all. Maintenance gets things done right away and the office have been accommodating and helpful. I’ve had a positive experience.

My upstairs neighbor walks with cement feet and the floor boards are shot so it causes so much noise. Constant creaking and constant stomping which means for a constant headache. I wear headphones almost constantly to try and drown it out. Wish they would address the bigger issues at this apartment. Spend your money to enjoy your rent elsewhere.

Love the location. The roaches are not fun though. Hate I have to leave because of other nasty people. Without the roaches, it’s a cool place to live! Come with some Raid.

This place is falling apart and so run down. All the money that was put into the lobby, pool, gym, package rooms and the offices should have been put towards repairs and upgrades in our units. The place smells so bad. They ignore all of your concerns. The elevators are dirty and old. The halls have trash. The trash rooms are filled with people’s garbage. The staff prioritizes Halloween decorating contests but also can’t get back to us with real issues. I just feel like this place prioritizes the wrong stuff. They are always having plumbing issues. They are always turning the water on or off. Move in was a mess. The yard areas are flooded all the time. Nothing about our units are luxury like they claim. It’s the complete opposite and it’s a run down mess.

There's a great deal of listening and assurance but not as much follow thru. They create extra charges for keys/fobs for residents just for renting the property. There are also charges passed on to the resident, when the charges are a result of managerial error.

Washer and dryer company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My car was broken into in the garage and then hit in the parking lot but the apartment staff did nothing. They didn’t even send out an email blast like they said they would. We frequently have water leaks through the ceiling and the floors. Positive is that they are spacious and the owners seem to be trying to make things nicer but since we were here before the new ownership we don’t seem like a priority. Staff is kind and friendly.

So far I have really enjoyed this property! The court yard is beautiful in the fall with all the trees and the indoor pool being available all year is going to be a plus. Office staff is very friendly and I have seen lots of improvements being done by the maintenance staff around the property!

Management is horrible, hard to get a hold off. You ask them question and they never reply, I have to go to the office to get my answers. Put a maintenance request about apartment have a horrible smell, when I move in, they closed the request without doing anything, I talked to two people in the office (management) about my frustration with the smell and nothing has been done. Their excuse is that how busy they are that they cant keep up with their work.

Overall the apartment is very nice. If in-unit laundry is a dealbreaker, this is not the place for you. Also the screen door had some minor gaps at the top and bottom. Shower takes a little while to heat up. But the kitchen is with brand new appliances, apartment is super spacious, windows are easy to use, patio is pretty nice. Cool green area in the center of the complex. Nice pool and sauna and patio grilling area. This is a great place for the price!

Not a bad apartment complex but not very secure especially in the parking garage. Doors are left propped open a lot. The maintenance is done quickly and usually a good job is done.

Tiffani has been the best leasing agent / apartment manager we could have asked for. The building and the amenities ( Gym, Sauna, club room, and pool ) are well maintained.

Not very clean when we moved in. Very nice staff throughout the whole complex though. There’s not monthly snacks in the pantry like told which isn’t a big deal but would be nice. Nice area for walking dogs & poop bags provided.

The leasing office and maintenance staff do an excellent job, provide very quick response and are really helpful. The clubhouse and indoor pool provide a lot of fun and entertainment. Amazing amenities provided overall. Enjoying my stay here a lot!!

All of the amenities provided are outstanding. The leasing office and the maintenance staff are both very helpful and provides a quick response to all requests. The indoor pool and clubhouse provide a great source of entertainment. Really enjoying staying here!!!

I've lived here for almost two weeks now and I'm really loving the location! My apartment is spacious and bright and my appliances are newly updated. I have met several of my neighbors and feel welcome and safe here. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because on the weekends the shared community spaces aren't cleaned, so if there's a spill it remains all weekend and garbages aren't emptied.

Our apartment had nails in the carpet, a broken screen door, leaking sink & leaking window. The staff was nice while we moved in but sometimes hard to reach

I love the quiet and how friendly the staff is. I love the halls are big for my walker it a very clean environment. The only problem is that it takes a long time to fix problems like washer and dryers it took weeks to have 2 of each working

A few issues with doors falling off and the place wasn't very clean when we moved in. It was clean to the look but there were a few screws/nails/tacks in the carpet.

Nice community with great amenities. Amidst a few maintenance items the apartment is well laid out and spacious. Has a awesome view of the courtyard. The employees are friendly and fairly responsive even though they busy.

Lived here for almost 3 years. Great neighborhood. Have had some issues with trying to use the amenities the couple times we've used them. Like a cold indoor pool and a sauna that doesn't work. And now that our lease is coming up they want to increase our rent even though we haven't had any of the upgrades to our apartment.

Renew Park One is a great place to live. It’s mostly quiet and peaceful. My apartment is an upgraded apartment with stainless steel appliances, etc. It’s really quite nice.

Since I've been staying in this community for the last one and a half years I love this place as this is well connected to my day-to-day activities. The Maintenance is very active and they complete most of my requests within 24 Hrs. Apartment is very clean and noise free.

Great location right off 169. Reasonable rent. A little lazy at times. They noticed ash on the walls in the stairwell, put it in an email, and didn’t clean it up.
