Property Ratings at ParkLine Palm Beaches
I love living at The Parkline. I've been a resident for two years and have no desire to look elsewhere for the time being. The apartments are modern and well located with great views. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the onsite services and amenities are quite nice (e.g., the pool, outdoor, and gym facilities). However, what truly makes the Parkline a great place to live is the staff. They're friendly, welcoming, professional, effective, and always treat me well; and, I always enjoy and look forward to talking or catching up with staff members as I pass through the lobby each day. The building's location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and using public transportation like the Brightline or TriRail. While living in Rosemary Square isn't cheap nor getting any cheaper, the cost of my rent is fair and on par with comparable options in the neighborhood.

I moved here last year and am loving it. It’s a newer building and they keep it up well. Common spaces are always clean. Really nice people work here. They even gave me a card on my birthday which was really sweet! It’s quiet and secure. They also have nice resident events. Great neighbors. What more could you want?
