The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkland Apartments
If you enjoy the character of older Shaker Heights homes and apartments this a great building for you. Most apartments are spacious and have especially large living rooms. Closet space is pretty good as well. I like the living space and lay out of my apartment and so far when something has needed fixing... management does show up. The rapid transit station is right across the street and Shaker Heights is truly a beautiful community. If you are a walker or jogger, there are plenty of tree lined streets, and lakes for you to enjoy. The neighborhood is very family friendly without excluding singles. This building is not cookie cutter, and does have a certain charm and flavor that I appreciate. I like it here, but I would LOVE it with some updates. Over all I enjoy living here.
