Residents at this location are terrible. Staff is incompetent when it comes to dealing with these issues. The place is comparable to a McDonald's Playground Palace. Everything just seems sticky, there’s usually spilt beverages and food in the community areas at all times, and no one watches their kids. 4/5 pet owners should not have one. They let their dogs attack others and there is usually dog waste in the hallways. Residence will also sneak their cars into the garage when they don’t own a parking spot because they are too cheap to buy one. This place has only been open a few years, but already has a the wear and tear of a bit over a decade. It worth it. Look somewhere else.

This property is absolutely stunning! There are so many amenities from free underground parking to a free coffee bar. the staff are excellent. They're always on top of everything and you can tell they really care about the property and take pride in it. They just opened July 2021 so the units are brand new and never lived in! If you want to live in a place where you can get upscale AND friendly then I recommend PSF.
I just moved in this month, and I love it here so far. The staffs at Parker Station Flats are so pleasant. Aja and Anton made me feel so welcomed and were very patient with me during the whole application of approval phase. This is truly an awesome management team. This complex have some amazing amenities that I love so so much. I feel so safe and at home here already. Keep up the good work guys :)
The apartments are new, very nice and the staff was very friendly. They helped us through the process and I would recommend PSF
