The savoy apartment personnel is very professional and very cordial to the needs of the residents at savoy. Winea is very high energy, courteous as well as respectful to myself and other potential residents. The office is very clean, organized and sanitized. It is such a great place to live. Much quieter and you can tell the demographics is changing. Winea is so approachable and very much so a people person. Her productivity shows a great asset to this management company.

You will never get your deposit back when moving out, even if you clean the apartment and don't dirty the carpet. They charge a standard fee for carpet and apartment clean, which eats up all your deposit and will incur additional charges they say you owe them. Also, you used to be able to hand them a check for rent, but now they make everybody pay online through checking debit or credit card, so they can charge you a "convenience fee." There is also a monthly pest fee, but they only come around occasionally and put a few squirts in the kitchen and bathroom. Water is shared, so be prepared to pay high $ if your neighbor likes taking baths. There are so many people living there and driving in and out that the entry gate is fixed for a few days and then breaks again. If your neighbors smoke weed, then get used to smelling it through the vents and walking up the stairs to your apt. One of their buildings caught fire from someone BBQ on the porch, so they're finding new ways to nickel and dime you on fees to recoup their losses.

My experience so far has been amazing. Ms. Winea has been very helpful and patient with me through this entire process. I’m hoping I can soon reside here as a tenant. Thanks to the whole entire staff as well. Very welcoming!

Winea made this move so easy, seamless, no stress! After having a beyond horrible experience at my last apartment, to be welcomed by a staff that was professional, courteous, warm and welcoming, I was in shock. The apartment had one issue that Winea handled immediately. I look forward to living here for quite a while! Miss Winea deserves 5 stars but the apartment gets 4 right now(which is better than where I lived before!).

Ms. Winea made my whole experience from beginning to now a year later so smooth. I unfortunately had to do everything virtually because I was moving from Louisiana, but she made it worry free. Best move ever!

We moved down here from Washington state for work and pretty much picked the apartment “site unseen,” aside from some pictures online. While we were concerned at first, not knowing what it would be like here, Winea at the front office did a great job helping us get everything set up for a smooth move in day and answered and questions and concerns we had. Even after the move in, she has been kind, patient, and helpful in getting us adjusted to our new neighborhood and apartment. The apartments themselves seem nice enough. Ours had a few minor issues, like paint on the floors and beads/thumbtacks in the carpets, but I’m willing to chalk that up to the rushed turnover of tenants to get us moved in in time to start our new jobs. Maintenance is probably the fastest I’ve seen compared to any apartment back in WA. We put in a work order and had someone down here that day. Overall, one could do much worse, considering what I’ve read/heard about neighboring complexes in the same price range.

Ms. Winea has made my moving process extremely easy! She was very thorough and answered every question me and my spouse had. This is the first time i did not have to repeatedly check on the status of my application in DFW. The staff is very polite and respectful and I recommend these apartments to anyone! If your thinking about moving here call and ask for Ms. Winea!

My sister and I were searching for so long for the perfect apartment and we found it here at Park West. Winea is the best! She was so helpful during the application process and we could not have done it without her.

Winea is very sweet and helpful. When i first moved in she was patient and persistent to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend!

Winea, the leasing agent, has been very helpful during our move-in process. She’s went above & beyond at times. The area is pretty quiet for the most part. However, I was expecting more bang for my buck. The apartments are listed as “luxury” but I wouldn’t deem them so. We have a bit of a pest problem. Also, we were promised some maintenance updates that haven’t been fulfilled & it’s been 3wks. They’ve done some updates to the appliances but overall the look is outdated.

This apartment complex has one of the most helpful front office staffs I’ve ever encountered! From my first visit to moving in a month later, Ms. Winea has especially been the one to count on. She went over and beyond to help me get in my apartment & get situated. After being here several months, she still checks on me. The apartments themselves are very quaint, diverse, and clean! No loud or messy neighborhood issues here. Set up a visit with Ms. Winea today!

I found what i was looking for. The staff here is friendly and very helpful. The apartment is just the right size for me.

The staff is very nice. The property is very quiet and if I have a issue with my apartment they come out quickly and will fix it.

I haven’t been here that long and this is my first time living on my own without my family and this place freaking sucks. I wasn’t expecting some glamorous place to live but this is just ridiculous. First of all they forced me to pay $25 to download an app on my phone that would unlock the gate, they said this was to increase security here but the front gate is ALWAYS broken so I was forced to buy that app for no reason. Second, the pools aren’t open all the time. There have been days where the pool looks fine, nothing going on like having it cleaned or whatnot but it’s locked up tight. They don’t tell you if it’s going to be closed, you have to call the office to verify and that’s happened a few times this summer and was very frustrating. But probably the worst of it all is how freaking SLOW maintenance is getting out here to fix simple things. When my power went out, I was forced to sit there in the heat from 1 in the afternoon until almost midnight when they finally turned everything back on, it was freaking ridiculous. My AC has broken twice and both times it took them over a day just to get out and help me. I would call at 3 in the morning and would be told that since it was dark that they would have to work on it first thing in the morning which is understandable. 7 am I call to verify that I’m still going to have my AC fixed in the morning and was told yes. 1 pm rolls around and NO ONE has come to look at my AC and now I’m getting a bit upset because my reader is showing that it is 91 degrees in my apartment. I call again and this time actually get the main office to which I’m told I’m on a list and that maintenance will come and see me sometime today. 3 comes around and I’m still boiling and now my reader says it’s 93 degrees in my apartment. I call again and get the emergency line and am told that she will get in contact with maintenance and tell them to come to my apartment. An hour rolls bye and my roommate calls to see if our AC is working and it is not so she calls and tells the emergency line that they need to go over here now. She’s told that maintenance just says that they’ll get to us but she doesn’t know when. I’ll be forced to sleep somewhere else tonight since it is almost dark again and their excuse will be that they cannot work on the AC after dark, I waited all day to be helped and was met with only being able to sit in my living room and waiting since all my electronics over heat when I’m on them for more than a minute.

Let's see, where to start... - The website isn't representative of these apartments at all. - The front gates are nearly almost always broken. - The parking generally sucks. - The parking lot itself, can usually be found to be littered with trash. - These apartments must get their tenants from The Jerry Springer Show. As it is not uncommon to see, and hear fights throughout the apartment complex. It is a very common sight to see Fort Worth PD in the complex, and not on patrol. - The maintenance staff is incompetent to say the least, multiple visits to fix simple issues is the norm. - The staff in the front office while nice, have shown to be incompetent as well. - When you move in, expect that the apartment will not be clean, and when you move out that there will be fees previously undisclosed to keep your deposit. - If that's not enough, their equipment is so old, it has been known to catch fire. As this happened to my water heater (And I’ve seen other burnt water heaters by the dumpsters), luckily I was there, and I put out the fire. I have picture, and video proof. Those are just the things I can remember off the top of my head, I know there are more that I'm forgetting.

Great place to live staff is very customer friendly for first time renters like myself and if and when you do have a problem with something they take care of it within that day or you can schedule a day. Just all around a nice and friendly place

As for the overall rating of the website, there could be better graphics, more pictures to provide a better out look than the competition websites. Overall I was very satisfied with the website because of the simplified way to even navigate the website! I would definitely recommend this website to family, friends, or strangers!

a nice place to live. access to glossary store like winco or wal-mart, a minute to 1-20 or 35 free ways. in the center of every day needs of any family. e.g easy access to social security office , bank of america ,chase and well fago banks. a minute to filling stations like race trac or QT and more. nice staffs, two big swimming pools, three rest areas, well maintained environment and quick respond on maintanace. come see for your self.
