The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Tower
Luis was the agent that gave us a tour and his confidence in us getting approved gave us hope. We were approved and we moved in two weeks later. The apartments are great because it is located close to the mall, grocery stores and more. Management is responsive to requests and are doing their part to keep Covid out of the apartments. Maintenance is always on site making sure to keep things working properly. We are happy to be in our new home and as long as rent doesn't go up we are gonna stay here a long time. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home.
Property Manager at Park Tower, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to review Park Tower. WE are thrilled to hear that you have had such a positive experience while living in our community. It means a lot that you are recommending our community, and we hope that you have a fantastic day!
It's on the affordable end of Santa Ana. You pay for all utilities. Security system consists of a few security cameras located only on the first floor, nothing else. Stair Wells always smell of urine because of homeless that sneak in to the bottom parking structure. Rooms are spacious, walls are thin though. Management avoids conflict and prefers to be at their other location majority of the time, so expect to visit that location to pay rent. Don't be surprised if visitors park in your spots even though parking is for renters only.
