The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Park Ridge, Responded To This Review
Robert, we're absolutely thrilled to hear about your incredible experience at Park Ridge! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful five-star rating with us!
I've lived here for a year and a half and I couldn't be more pleased. Maintenance is out of this world. They're friendly, competent, and truly dedicate themselves to customer service. Park Ridge is located on Hoosick street, which puts you about a mile from anywhere you would ever want to go (shopping, restaurants, all major highways). Luckily theres a traffic light when leaving Park Ridge, so its never a hassle to commute on those early mornings to work. Deb in the office truly cares about her residents, and wants to make sure everyone is happy and she does an excellent job at it! Park Ridge is owned by Tri City Rentals, and they invest a great amount of money into keeping the place nice. The grounds are always kept immaculate and they repaved the parking lot to make significantly more spots. Whenever I have encountered a problem, Park Ridge has gone out of their way to fix it almost immediately. When my air conditioner broke, they went out to Home Depot and purchased a $500 portable A/C and installed it in my bedroom while they waited for a contractor to replace my central AC unit. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place, and to top it all off their prices are more than affordable.
We love our apartment because it is quiet and comfortable. If you ever need maintenance they get the job done quickly and everyone is friendly here.
I have recently moved into a town home within the park ridge apartments, and have had nothing but a great experience so far. The building manager has been helpful with any concerns, and questions I have had. The online rent payment is especially helpful for myself and those who like to pay throughout the month. Along with all if this though the townhome itself is very well maintained, and is very spacious. Plenty of parking spots throughout the complex. I would recommend the park ridge apartments to anyone who is looking within the troy area.
A lovely option for anyone looking for a nice apartment in a safe area within the city of Troy. The great: townhouse layout allows for a comfortable separation of space for multiple occupants, we have dedicated space for office bedroom and entertainment. The kitchen is amazing. For a two bedroom apartment under 1000 per month it's the largest I've seen. Dishwasher, plenty of counter space. Off street unregulated parking. It's the best ,never a lack of parking spaces. The people around are fantastic. It's really a nice community. I've left my grill in front of my unit and nobody bothered it or minded, we've been invited to our neighbors cookouts, living here has been lovely ,couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. Digital rent. No mailing or checks or other silliness. The OK The maintenance department is always fast to respond to any issues we might have, but there have been issues most stemming from keeping costs down. They've repaired a pipe, a small bit of floor and recharged our AC a couple times. The not so great The building is purpose bult small townhousing, built recently and you can see and feel the cost cutting. The rental agency is always responsive to problems but they tend to pop up more frequently than ideal. Now dealing with a rattling pipe and miswired light switch but were working on it. The wet wall can be a little thin. You'll hear one neighbor. Luckily everyone in my entire row of townhouses are great people, we have an understanding. It's quiet at night, but nobody will call you out if you're a little late. And again ,its just one wall. Nobody above or below. The wink wink nudge nudge The grand selling point that they'll never tell you about ,under the house is a massive crawl space the size of the floor. It's amazing. The maitinence guys don't like people storing things down there but if you keep things away from the HVAC and other apperatai they leave well enough alone. It has saved me from needing a storage cube and keeps the living space comfortably uncluttered
